    Last time the seat selection was a few days later, partially to give people time to update Cc info if needed. If you win, but CC was declined, I believe they gave you like 24 hours to update it.

    Just got an email from Ticketstoday and got super excited. Then I saw it was for a customer satisfaction survey. Did they really have to send me that right now? Totally gutted 🤣

    But now, we're gonna miss all of the Post of people complaining that got shutout of all 9 shows when they ONLY clicked  GA ONLY for all of those shows>LOL(And I have to admit, that probably helped quite a few us  score tickets)

    I too would like to know this. I put Chicago as my priority and have no such email.

    It means nothing. I contacted a Ticketstoday customer service rep the other day regarding the issue of selecting GA/Reserved and also Reserved. That’s why they sent me a customer satisfaction survey.

    Pretty sure since the registration is closed. I got a confirmation email after submitting the other day so not sweating it

    My money is on they’re currently having to rework the system to account for priorities

    i emailed tickets today asking for more details on how the seats for GA would be randomized/dispersed…. And it sounded like they planned to use the most basic, non advanced algorithm possible lol
