Does facemeltors mom know if Vegas is mgm. My daughter's fave performer plays there on the 17th
mgm would have been my guess based on it being the venue for the cancelled 2022 show. What's the scheduled show on the 17th? Can't see someone else booked between PJ dates if the 16th and 18th are correct.

Could it be Dobly Live... I know dmb is there in March. I wonder 🤔
That's where Ed played a couple years ago I believe. Certainly possible. They have played mgm before, the unlv arena and also I think the arena at Mandalay Bay. There's a gazillion concert venues in Vegas but yeah I'd guess mgm is probably most likely.

2 shows in Vancouver? That can't be right. They've never played two in Vancouver, and when they play Seattle, it's been super easy to get tickets, because people don't migrate north for the Vancouver show (when there's no Seattle show it's a different story).
That would be crazy if they play Vancouver twice. That would satiate my appetite... might skip Seattle if I can see two in Vancouver.

Pretty sure 2022 was planned to be MGM, so I'd assume there again.

Skip PJ in their home town? Well I guess if you're a Vancouverian, I can understand that... LOL

Looks like there’s an event at T-Mobile on the 18th and an event at MGM on the 17th. Don’t see them tearing down the stage in between shows just to book MGM? Dolby/Planet Hollywood would be cool but those are small theaters. Maybe the UNLV arena? I don’t know what’s left.
2 shows in Vancouver? That can't be right. They've never played two in Vancouver, and when they play Seattle, it's been super easy to get tickets, because people don't migrate north for the Vancouver show (when there's no Seattle show it's a different story).

I'm from Victoria, so it's a bit of a trip to go to either Vancouver or Seattle. They're both relatively close, but the ocean adds time. It's like 3.5 hours to Vancouver or maybe 5 to Seattle with driving, waiting, ferry, driving (and add in customs for seattle). If they bookend the tour it makes it that much more challenging (it's easier when it's 1 in vancouver and 1 or 2 in seattle, just go to them all in a row).
I think I've seen all the big venue shows for the last 25 years in Seattle (Didn't get to see the showbox, bar, or benaroya shows.. but seen everything at key arena, safeco, and the gorge). I think the last big one I would of missed was the first show in '98 (as I only went to the 2nd one).
I suppose it depends where they play in Seattle. I actually prefer going to Seattle. Get to do some ameri-shopping, grab some beer/scotch they don't sell up here, wander around. I love roadtrips to the US. It's like a multiverse but it's only slightly different than where I come from, but the small differences are fun.
Gorge would be an easy decision. I haven't been there since Tom Petty in 2014. It would be cool to check out the rebuilt arena. I think the dealbreaker for me might be if it's stadium shows. I loved the 2018 shows and was up close, but man, is it a lot of people and lineups and what not If I could see two shows in Vancouver at Rogers Arena, but not deal with stadiums.. that's tempting.
The challenge is climate pledge. When they played Key Arena in the past, it's not easy getting tickets. For the 2013 show it sold out in 1 second. We got lucky and got behind stage during a drop about 20 minutes in, but they were really bad tickets (the lighting rig and metal bird blocked out most of the stage. 2 hours of an epic education on Matt Cameron's drumming because you couldn't see anything else.
So many people try to decend on Seattle for the shows. Fun, but chaos
I consider both Seattle and Vancouver my home markets, but Vancouver is so much easier to get tickets to. Seattle's more fun to visit.
That's a long post.. but I've seen PJ in Seattle many times... so if there were 2 shows in Vancouver.. that's not bad. Would I really not going to Seattle. I dunno.... I'd have a hard time resisting.
