Yesterday I got Chicago email saying I got section 110. Worst I’ve had at UC. Usually on blue line closest to stage, not the other blue line. Now today I got same email and my seats changed!!!! But worse. Friend yesterday had Chicago saying 100s section. Today, it’s changed to 300s. WTF
  • Just got confirmed for both Chicago shows too! The emotional rollercoaster is real this week, holy shit. Def had given up after not hearing yesterday.

Confirmation of registration never came for me, even after they advised, after a ticket, they would re-send it.
Never got email today just saw 2 deductions on my credit card account from Tickets Today, today.
A fellow 10C member got email, UC night 1 nosebleeds.

I think TicketMaster has set this up, as they own this whole platform, Verified, Verified Resale, to maximize their good tickets and thus profit.

I've been a ten club member since the mid 90's #112XXX, and yesterday got sec 125 to the second night in chicago, which is fine but still further from stage than in previous years UC shows.  Today i got an email stating tickets for first night in sec 333, which is side of stage nosebleeds.  I'd be fine with sec 125, but sec 333?

This smells of the sketchy "multi-tier" model that DMB moved to 10+ years ago with TicketsToday/TM/LN/etc.  By creating the rear/side/obstucted tier for Chicago it opened the possibility of senior members "randomly" getting confirmed for the worst tier.

  • This morning when I clicked on the link in the confirmation email I got the Processing Complete -> Unfulfilled thing.  So I thought I had struck out.  But, this afternoon I got a confirmation email that I did get tickets to Deer Creek.  Although they are in the last 3 rows of the pavillion.  Thought I'd do better than that, but at least i'm in the building.

How do I check my account status? I’ve got 3 charges and only requested 2 tix each night chicago.  Got seat reassignment for 1 night and nothing yet for the 2nd night which was my 1st priority.  Don’t see the link to click to see order status and I have nothing on my tenclub page
  • wait it out till tomoro i still haven't heard about 2nd show i put in for they emailed me saying by midnight tonight est

I saw on the FAQ page for the 10C tickets that the rehearsal were being picked randomly. In the past, hasn’t this been done by seniority? I’ve been a member since 4 and have had no problem getting tickets for both Chicago shows in 18 and Hamilton last year. I put in for Chicago #2 and Indy and it doesn’t look like I got either. Am I wrong that these used to be sold by seniority?

The silence from them is deafening but also consistent.

Again thank you 10c for fixing the problem. Of course everyone can’t be happy, but after yesterday, I’m happy to get anything. Most bands truly wouldn’t have done anything

It’s a lottery, your seniority means nothing. Seat location is based on seniority.

Apparently seat location has nothing to do with seniority. I'm in the same section one row above a member who seniority is at least 300,000 better than mine. We should be nowhere near each other.
  • For everyone saying they are just glad to be in the building, United Center seats in the 300 level are HORRIBLE and that is what both my husband and I got (10+ rows back).  I am only in ten club for the ticket opportunities to see a great show and these are really bad.  I wouldn't go to the show if I were given these tickets for free, and now we are stuck with them for a lot of money.  Decent seats would be worth it, but these are definitely not.  Too bad for sure.  PM if you want them as we have four to sell back fan to fan.

They aren’t that bad.. not ideal. But not absolutely horrible.
You can sell them easily. You’re not stuck. You’re just being dramatic
