Just speaking for myself, but something tells me that could have been done better and more inclusive. 

Not entirely sure how. But I do imagine, it would have to do with taking into account the fan base bering very much international and spread out all over the globe.

    My guess is that this is due to legal restrictions.

    It should be explained we all pay the  same. 
    Do a different world wide one. Do something even small  but include everyone or dont charge international  members the same if different privileges.

    It may not be up to them, there are pretty strict rules on contests.  The band can't just do whatever they want when it comes to contests

    Then do something where everyone can be included?

    A Porche only has two seats. But if you have three kids in your family, you should have come home with e.g a SAAB 9-5 instead where the whole family can fit. The wife crying herself to sleep while dad talks about how Porche are pretty strict about the amount of seats in german sportscars.

    Don’t forget this isn’t a Ten Club members contest.  It’s open to anyone in the US and doesn’t require a membership. 

    They also posted a contact email in the sweepstakes rules.  An email to them might shed some light on why it’s US only.  Although I’m guessing it just a matter of logistics as every country has different rules on running these types of giveaways.
