Received my MSG and Camden a week ago. You have likely heard this before the envelop for MSG looks like junk mail so easy to over look. Make sure you open everything that comes. For Camden it was odd the envelop was actually a Ticketmaster envelop making it easy to spot. I think another difference was for Camden the mailing label was my name and address printed on a ticket which was shown in the envelop window. MSG was just a packing slip in the window with my name and address.
Take it for what its worth. Hope this helps someone.

Don't get me started. I went through this over and over for several weeks regarding my EV Beacon commemorative. I never did get it. No matter how many times I tried to explain it was a commemorative ticket and not a show ticket the "bot" did not understand. It was like beating my head against the wall.
Got my Nashville and St. Louis tickets today! Assumed they would have image, so pleasant surprise to have the album cover on there. Not as cool as my 2013 10Club ticket for Lightning Bolt, but pretty cool. Not $10 cool, but oh well.

Very frustrating. I remember thinking after two weeks going back and forth about the Beacon ticket that it could be resolved in a two minute phone call with a live person. For such a huge company they need much better customer service.
I have gotten the commemoratives for the three shows I got in the 10c lottery. Those seem to be arriving ok. For the others a few very kind people on the forum are sending me their extras. So, you may want to put an ISO on Lost Dogs. I may have an extra Toronto commemorative if that is one you are looking for. I have a huge collection of ticket stubs as well so I get it.
