I posted this in another thread as well:

I have a feeling that if you sold your original tickets on F2F and got new upgrades than you won’t get the commemoratives. I hope I am wrong. I upgraded all my shows. But I didn’t sell one of my original tickets to Austin1. I ended up eating that ticket. And that is the only commemorative I got. We paid extra for them so we should get them regardless, but who knows with TM. 

Someone else posted a similar experience with their tickets.

A few nice people here have already helped me out - but I am still ISO STP1, FW1, AUS2. I can pay cash or trade pins I have from various shows from 2022 and 2023. So, if you have any extra commemoratives from those shows, please keep me in mind. Thanks.

Speaking of Nashville, I had to sell my pair last year, but I still received the com tix (since given away). So if you played the f2f game, they likely aren’t coming in to the final ticket owner. 

I have received both Ft Worth and Austin Night 2

I sold one ticket via F2F for each of the FTW shows and only got one commemorative ticket for each show.

they should just stay tied to the ticket that you purchased and still go to the original payer of the commemorative ticket

I sold all of my original tickets and upgraded for all shows last year, but still got my commemorative stubs (with original seat assignment). But if this does turn out to be the case, they at least owe us a refund.

Just an update for anyone still in limbo. There is hope.
I tried to be patient, but finally caved and emailed them this afternoon. I was actually impressed that they responded in about 30 minutes.

I emailed them my receipt from the Tenclub sale on Friday of last week after they opened a case and have not heard back yet.

I got a similar response last Tuesday that my inquiry was being forwarded to the distribution department and that my tickets would ship out shortly.  Still no tickets.  Will probably wait a few more days and reach out again.

Finally got my STP2 today!
