I'm coming in for the show from out of town and staying in Philly. People have mentioned taking the ferry - anything I need to know about how to get it/ where to get it/ schedules etc. or is it pretty self-explanatory once I'm in town?
https://concerts.livenation.com/event/02005C7C994D248B can buy passes here. It has some info about where to go too.

    https://www.delawareriverwaterfront.com/places/riverlink-ferry more info here.

I haven't done it in years, but I think the last one of the night leaves a half hour or an hour after the show ends. really not sure though

Thank you!  I just booked mine.  The concert ferry ticket is 4pm to 11:59pm.  I assume that means I can ride anytime between that range?  I’m also assuming that they will still run 30 minutes after the show even if it goes later than 11:30 (fingers crossed).

yeah I'm pretty sure that's how it works. Your ticket will be good for a ride there and back, any time in that time frame. Should run for 30 or so minutes after the show ends, no matter the actual end time. (I think)

Ferry to the show pretty easy since people usually headed over in staggered times.
Coming back after the show gets a little more crowded and usually more of a wait.  If you don't get on the first one (or maybe second) could be waiting a while since ferry need to go to Philly side and back before re-loading.  When it gets to the encore, depending on how you feel about the song may want to start making your way out of the venue toward the ferry to try to get on one of the first ones.

Thanks for the information and for the tips regarding the wait times. Might have to break my rule regarding never leaving a show before the end! (Which will of course mean double encore with special guests. You can thank me later.)

As much as my anxiety rises post-show getting the ferry I can say I've personally never had an issue getting back.

  • Wife and I went to a show there a few weeks ago, discovered new bag rules. Had to check hers and buy a clear one for $10.00. Here is the info, they have staff with a measuring box before entry.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (MAX 4.5”x 6.5”) ARE ALLOWED (and need not be clear). LARGER BAGS MUST BE CLEAR TOTE BAGS. NO OTHER TYPES OF BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED. ALL BAGS OVER 12"x12"x6" ARE PROHIBITED.

So, looks like with the two ferry links, you can buy ferry tickets through Live Nation for $25 a pop, or go through the Delaware ferry link and pay only $15 a pop.   I unfortunately didn't notice the difference and bought mine through Live Nation.  Oh well, for the two tickets I bought, paid an extra $20 fee for stupidity :-)

Good to know. I had to buy a clear bag for SHN last year, so I will have to remember to bring it with me.

  • Thanks for the ferry info, just booked mine!  Ready for my first trip to Philly, Camden, and my first PJ show in four years!

With dates not working out after the reschedule for me and my buddy for Quebec, managed to snag one Lawn for Camden just for the show - then driving back to Mass like a crazy person after. I have to see these guys because I feel like every show could be their last the older they get :(

    Looking forward to this!!

anyone know what time the Premium Lot opens?  I did the $50 premium parking which I assume is not assigned spaces.  Just wondering what time to get there.
    venue site says 4pm

edit: it just says parking 4pm. I'm assuming that is all venue lots, regular and premium. I expect the other lots that aren't official venue lots will be earlier
Any suggestions for parking in a non-venue lot on the NJ side?  I'm going to need to be parked before 4:00

Guessing there's no Pre-wishlist party anywhere since it's in Camden and not Philly?

I think there is tho, and it's on the SS New Jersey. At least that's what I think I read.

With Camden GA having the reputation of being packed tight, is there any hope of a walk out for a beverage or rest room trip? Or showing up during Plurals set?

I have seen the GA there for other concerts and it’s been fine, but I have same question as you do, plus what time should I even get there?? My first time GA for PJ 😅

I have same questions.  Also, not sure where to park (on NJ side) since it looks like venue parking lots don't open until 4:00.

GA is small for Camden, as long as you don't want to be on the rail I think you'll be fine coming and going. Looks like the band has been going on around 9ish, so up to you when to get in but I would think no later than 8:30?

Just my two cents - not sure of the deal with parking, but the parking lots for the aquarium right there might be useful.

Same! I believe I was in Section 101 if I remember right.
I remember we lost my then-boyfriend in Camden. He left after the first encore as he was pretty wasted. We stayed for the whole show figuring he was waiting by the car. He wasn't. Hours went by. I remember driving around shitty Camden calling his name out the window.
We eventually left and went back to our friend's house to figure out what to do. We were shocked to see him greet us at the door. He had paid some guy swilling T-shirts for a ride home, which was at least two hours plus he had to buy a T-shirt, lol. Good times
