Just put in for my 10C tix...Requested both GA and Res. Hoping for GA. The pit seems pretty small so it's unlikely.

Camden sucks.  Hate everything about that venue.  Much rather be in Philly proper. That being said I'll probably still put in for ticket cause you know it's Pearl Jam.

I agree Camden might be the worst venue not sure why they can’t play one in Philly

I'm unclear on how this works. Does putting in for both hurt your chances of getting one or the other? Or do they run you through the GA lottery first and then the regular seating lottery?

I’m leaning towards Camden due to the Baltimore cancellation

I'm so confused, I did the Ticketmaster verification and was registered, but there are no "see tickets" blue button for Camden show?  Then I get an email from PJ club saying...you're registered and you'll hear from us on March 28th with more info???

How can it be THIS hard to get in line for tickets?

Guessing they couldn’t get Philly proper for the dates they wanted. Agree Camden and the venue suck. But will take what we can get.

I'm always surprised that people seem so down on the Camden venue. It's not the greatest, but I like those sort of amphitheaters. I'll take being outside in Camden over going to the Philadelphia 76ers arena for the thousandth time.

I don't get it, why are some saying "their request is in"......the Camden show doesn't show the button "see tickets" like all the other venues have.  What gives?

I've been a member since '98!  A member for a quarter century should stand for something right?

There are two ways to enter:
    1) TM Fan Verified (this is the one you're referring to, that sale isn't open until 3/29)
    2) 10C Members only pre-sale (this is the everyone is saying their request is in, it is open to 10C members until 3/20 & you'll find out if you've won on 3/27).

yeah i agree 100%. Haven't been there since like '10. They should have played the Mann Center instead IMO. That being said i'll be there.

Chances they add another camden/philly date though? When was the last time they only played this area only one time? I think they add another date.

Well, it only took me an hour or more to do but I was successful in the end.  If I tried that 10 more times, I bet I still couldn't figure out what I did to finally get my request in.  Sheesh.

    Anywhere but in Camden proper.

Philly is close if $ isn’t an issue.

Personally I would stay in Cherry Hill

I booked the Hilton garden inn Camden, which I can cancel if I need to.  The more I read maybe I should get something across the river in Philly?  I see that Camden is not the safest town, but what about around the waterfront before and after a concert?

it may have changed over the years I havent been there for a show in about 10 years at least, but there was never anything around there, a lot of tailgating before shows, you won't want to hang out anywhere in camden post show still i'm pretty certain. if you arent looking to shut it down after the show, i'd say stay in the city. plenty to eat and drink. worth the minor hassle of driving outa there. even cherry hill is close on the jersey side. but you would still have a whole night ahead of you in phila even on a wednesday.
  • Count me in! I think it said that if you put in more choices you have a better chance of getting tickets. I put in for Reserved "seating" and also the lawn. Fingers crossed for reserved. I hope they start with your best choice first. Wish I could do the pit but I'm way too short, wouldn't see a thing, lol.

Thanks!  I ended up cancelling the Hilton in Camden and got the club quarters downtown.  Traveling solo for it so not worried about being cramped and it’s cheaper haha.  Next decision is to Uber or rent a car.  This all of course is assuming I even get my ticket!

What bar has the PJ pre parties been in Philly/Camden in the past?

Good call canceling the waterfront hotel. The waterfront proper may be ok but to and from the venue could be treacherous. It is not safe

I would not stay in Camden.  Stay in Cherry Hill or across the river in Philly.
