Hopefully before they jacked the price to $50.99 actually - why is this album so expensive for a single LP?

Has anyone seen any Canadian store taking pre orders on the black vinyl? With no Amazon Canada pre orders, the only way to pick up a black vinyl copy is online, international.
no but Amazon Canada is often slow to put up preorders. I'm sure it'll come. I'm not sure how many of our other vinyl selling websites do preorders. They're all independent stores, and most seem to put things on sale once they have the thing in stock.

I had my order cancelled from them many weeks back saying they won't receive any copies. Which is weird when all the other Amazon outlets around the world are still taking orders.
Was kinda hoping 10club had black vinyl copies up for sale.
Did anyone come up with why this Indie Version is $15 more than the Split 10 Club version?
Only thing I can come up with is the preorder of the regular version has been up forever (probably 6 months or something). It became the split version later but the pricing was the same as they had already been selling them for a long time regardless of the Color.
The indie version was announced later and records generally are getting price rises across the board (inflation/supply chain problems, popularity etc). Plus my independent store always charges more than Walmart to begin with anyway
i would guess it’s the timing as they can’t retroactively increase the price on preorders made months ago
How limited is the indie version. Spotify Clear was 1000. Are we seeing more sellouts on the indie?
Not sure how limited it is. Other then Bullmoose & Luna Records who's stock are sold out, there many other online record stores in the USA that are still taking pre orders.
It just dawned on me that I never received my pre-order vinyl/cassette from the 10C so I did a quick search and holy crap. I just assumed they've been out and something went wrong with my order...

These guys are great too. They ship internationally, and they take PayPal. Shipping to Canada is good too.

No problemo!
I haven't see any online pre orders in Canada or in Europe yet.
probably...in my experience, when something is indie only, it means US indie.. sigh :(

All indie copies are signed by EV.

Whoa! Only $48.80 CDN?
They ship via FedEx. So be prepared to pay for customs. I've bought a few stuff from them.
Sheesh.
That's still high, especially in US funds.
