    Vinyl prices in general are through the roof at the moment. Will hold off to hear the album before I buy this one.

    Everywhere the vinyl is for sale it is advertised as ‘Standard LP’. Gives the impression there is a more deluxe version on the way.

    Wouldn’t surprise me.  Still waiting on Flag Day vinyl and that movie has been out for a bit now. 

    TBD wording on the EV vinyl in the shop and the fact the cassette (I think) artwork isn’t even finalised makes me think we are a long way out

    The prices for vinyl albums are disgusting. Milking the ones who do buy when the masses have turned their back. 

    Bought a Swedish artists album for like 39 dollars this fall. Fans couldn't blame the price on it being 2 LPs or that a pointless 7'' was included (like people have done with Neil Young). Yuck. But it is what it is. No one buys albums anymore and they still cost to produce and artists still do want to have careers that make them money.

    Saw a Doors reissue for $60.  I declined to purchase that album...

    Yah, it's becoming super common.  Vinyl demand now vastly outnumbers vinyl supply.  It can take up to a year to get an album pressed now.   Many musicians have given up and do a digital release of their album at one point, and you get the vinyl whenever it's able to be pressed kind of thing.
