Yes, of course. Not only that but he's going to have a boatload of money after he sues everyone for defamation. Can you think of a better way to spend those millions$$$?

Yep. He's official guilty of nothing. Maybe he'll see consequences for the next body(s) he chalks up.

I live in Aurora. I teach just outside of Aurora. The violence in schools, even towards teachers, is out of control and the admin refuses to even acknowledge or do anything.

  • Can’t legally possess a sawed off shotgun but it’s legal to possess a handgun that can fire shotgun shells. Makes perfect sense.

Make it about left and right all your want, guns still fucking suck. But you keep cheering on Rittenhouse and seeking Baldwin's hide. Very comparable. I hope Rittenhouse is civilly sued for wrongful death until his ears bleed. All these asshats that want to celebrate a murderer can help pay the families of the dead too. Baldwin or the movie studio will also get their asses sued, rightfully so.

Completely normal to be really upset about that one and not the other one though. All gun fatalities suck, but I'm going to lean towards being more concerned about the intentional one's where the shooter willfully carried a semi-auto rifle into a hostile environment looking for trouble.

    It's a hopeless situation...

I do agree with you that guns still suck but self defense is legal. I don't think Rittenhouse should have been there either but he had every right to be there. If our leaders allow rioting like we saw last summer, this will continue to happen. One side will not allow this kind of chaos without pushing back. If the rioting wasn't allowed, Rittenhouse never would have been there.

One side will not allow property damage without loss of life?

Well, then the best thing is for the rioters to show up armed and ready for vigilantes, I guess.

There were plenty of rioters there with guns. I never said one side will not allow property damage without loss of life. Rittenhouse didn't kill anyone because they were destroying property. He shot them because they attacked him.

You really think that’s the best option? Better than not burning down local businesses?

Looks like Rittenhouse is ramping up the libel lawsuits and the interviews are starting, so he’ll probably be able to afford any civil lawsuits that come his way.

Yes. Why limit it to options, though? We can do burn down buildings AND kill rednecks in self-defense.

If the rioting wasn't allowed, Rittenhouse never would have been there.
And that's probably a big piece of why Kyle's a hero. Cops need to be able to continue to kill black people not only with no legal consequences but with no community response. Let's scare them into staying home.

Here's a better question, should Alec Baldwin be allowed to legally purchase guns? According to the newest lawsuit, Alec was never supposed to fire the gun. https://www.cnn.com/2021/11/18/entertainment/rust-film-set-shooting-lawsuit-script-supervisor/index.html

You really think that’s the best option? Better than not burning down local businesses?
Yes. Why limit it to options, though? We can do burn down buildings AND kill rednecks in self-defense.

    God bless America!
Why not offer up your home, car and other personal property then? Give me your address and I’ll be happy to post it around social media for protestors.

Just in case it needs to be said, I don’t mean that. I don’t wish that one anyone here. I just don’t know why people support the rioting and burning of businesses and personal property.

If you read the post I replied to, I asked dankind if he really thinks showing up to riots armed and ready is a better idea than not burning now private businesses, his response was “Yes. Why limit it to options, though? We can do burn down buildings AND kill rednecks in self-defense. ”
Does that not sound like in support of rioting? It did to me. If that’s wasn’t his intent then my mistake.
But I wasn’t just referring to here, I remember many posts on social media in general in support of the riots.

I don’t understand why people support the police killing unarmed people, mostly people of color and for frivolous crimes like selling loosies or trying to pass off a “counterfeit” bill for a couple packs of smokes or not “complying,” or thinking it’s totally acceptable to give “bumpy rides” and vote for a POTUS who advocates roughing people up. Ever think if that shit stopped the burning and looting might not be as prevalent? People act like the protests happened because well, they had nothing better to do and there was nothing to protest or to be outraged about. The cop who shot Jacob Blake in the back seven times was never charged and it seems an awful lot of folks here and elsewhere are completely fine with that.

    No justice, no peace.

You mean to tell me that the extreme venting of frustration and anger didn't just pop out of thin air because people had nothing better to do?  And here all this time I thought these things were happening because police departments have been neutered by Antifa.

I like the idea of scaring people out of rioting. It would prevent things like what happened with Rittenhouse from happening. We're lucky that this didn't happen more often during the rioting. There are plenty of vigilantes that would love to interject themselves into these situations like Kyle did except those vigilantes WANT to kill people. If I had a business in a city where there was rioting happening, I would've done everything I could to protect my property and would've asked anyone to come help my business. Society is talking about policing and how we need to reimagine it. Forcing the public to police themselves is going to be dangerous and many more criminals would end up being killed because of it.

I'm not talking about protesting. I have no issues with peaceful protests.
