So Foo Fighters played Australia. They are going to MX and South America. Then play the US in May.
Yet PJ can't land the plane on scheduling shows that were already booked and paid for long ago. This can't be that difficult. Let's go already.0 -
At this point the announcement has to be held up by some festival line up announcement and they want to drop all of the dates at once.I’m personally hoping for MSG to be fall and a bunch more east coast dates added in around that date. I’ve got 3 kids and all are graduating this May/June (8th grade, 12th grade and college).5/3/92 Omaha, NE

Not much on ballpark rumours right now. I find that very odd. Also 4 major cities have very little info on them aside from the assumption they will be ballparks.
Seattle
Chicago
Boston
Philly
How is there nothing on these cities yet with leaks but there have been drips with NY?0 -

Priceless. And really puts it in perspective with some folks defending the delay due to the logistical challenges of scheduling during covid, insurance excuses, etc. Others have figured it out and executed very well. The PJ camp has not.

The difference is the FF absolutely love playing live and touring. PJ not so much. FF opening back up MSG last June was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. And going to see them in n Big Sky Montana will be awesome this summer. Can only dream of PJ doing cool stuff like that. That being said the variety of setlists for PJ shows make seeing multiple shows a must and I like PJ music better. Hope next week is the week.0

The announcement has been "imminent" for at least a month. My bet is that it will come on Monday, but I would have made the same bet last Monday.___________________________________________

March 1st come and gone...Making seniority picks for vacation started 5 days ago.I realize its not a big deal in the scheme of the world right now, but we fans have hoops to jump through and bills to pay also. Giving us a decent idea of when we can make our plans isnt whining, its making plans.Time to shit or get off the pot PJ."...would you like some forks?" EV 12-02-060

A lot of problems and issues that we experience in life start or get worse as a product of poor communication. This thread is a good example. People are excited. January comes and goes without any update. February comes and goes without any update. Fans start to get frustrated and start venting. Speaking for myself I start to think they are selfish and trying to maximize their cash flows and risk by waiting as long as possible to commit to the detriment of their fans. There may be a perfectly valid reason it is taking this long, but their lack of communication allows negativity to grow.

Nobody buy tickets when they finally do announce, and get refunds for tickets you do have
