Take it for what it’s worth, saw these dates on a different message board:

8/12, 14 Wrigley Field, Chicago, IL
    8/17 Camden Yards, Baltimore, MD
    8/20 Fenway Park, Boston, MA
(maybe) 8/24 Washington-Grizzly Stadium, Missoula, MT
8/26, 28 Lumen Field, Seattle, WA
    Football stadium eh?

My only doubts are…. Would they start in Chicago, go all the way out to Balt then Boston, then back to the west coast, and then allllll the way back to north east Canada for those rumored shows just a few days later?  Eh.  One of the two can’t be true

They are playing a lot this year so maybe 1 night makes sense. They are leaving a lot of money on the table doing that though which I find odd. This does hit most of the markets left out too conveniently.

Fly down to Baltimore on a Wednesday, fly back on Thursday (super early to be at work in the AM), head down to Boston on Saturday. That's "doable".

Although, Fenway on a Saturday in August. I think the lottery will be a little more competitive than the last Fenway show, which was the day after Labor Day.

At least pick new cities for the stadium shows (besides Baltimore).
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

Yeah, I’d prefer any other stadium in the area to Wrigley at this point.  Alpine would better also.

I think they choose particular stadiums based on the venue. Fenway and Wrigley are historic, Seattle and Montana are hometowns, etc. They haven't seemed interested in playing some of the newer, cookie cutter stadiums.

I'm pretty sure this is dead-on accurate, and honestly, I respect them for playing stadiums for a reason beyond just packing as many fans in as possible. I still don't like going to Fenway, but I'll do it, because they seem to genuinely love it.

Camden Yards would be cool because it ushered in the retro ballpark design after the hideous New Comiskey build.  But other than that it doesn’t have the history of a wrigley or Fenway.

The Jays fan in me will always lament the fact we built our new stadium when we did. If it'd happened a few years later we could've had...well, not the Rogers Centre, which would be awesome in and of itself.

Camden is an incredible stadium. I don't like stadium shows, but I would consider making an exception for this one. Having said that, baseball at Camden remains the most glorious thing.

Yeah, it manages to have a retro feel without trying too hard to do so, if that makes any sense. It feels historic, especially with the brick building visible over the low right-field stands. Would be an interesting back-drop for a show.

I'm old enough that I went to a couple of shows at Exhibition Stadium, and I much prefer Rogers Centre. For an 'indoor' stadium, the acoustics are really good in my opinion.

I have never been to Camden Yards, but will be seeing Paul McCartney there with my sister who lives in Maryland. Definitely looking forward to checking out the stadium.

Sonically, how's all that brick-work going to jive with the audio generated from a PJ show?

I hope it's a non-factor and I would absolutely travel to that show, but would be slightly concerned about acoustics there.

I haven't been to a show at Wrigley, only a Cubs game once. My work schedule has always kept me from going to one of the Wrigley shows. I would enjoy going to see them there if they are playing this year. For me it would be a new experience!

My guess is that it will depend on where you sit, much like Fenway, but honestly, I have no idea, and am probably one of the last people to ask about this.

I personally don't think they will announce Fall dates unless it's rescheduled ones. I can't remember last time they sold tickets this far in advance. Even 2013 tour with the east coast Fall run went on sale in July I think.

I'm expecting just the reschedules for now.
Tickets to this tour have been sold more than 2 years in advance.

I'm with you. Fenway x4 here, including once on the field. Was awesome walking out onto the outfield, but I don't need to see them in a ballpark again.
