    This is VERY interesting, as an industry temperature check:

    "AEG, the world's second largest presenter of live music and entertainment events, has announced that it is requiring proof of full vaccination by audience members and event staff at all of its owned and operated clubs, theaters and festivals, starting October 1."

    I don't know which vendor SHN used, plus Oct 1 is after SHN, but it's an interesting development because along with it will probably come better ways to confirm this.

    I went to a far smaller fest last month and they had something called "CrowdPass" where you have to upload your vax docs a week or more before the 1st day of fest.  At the fest itself, you couldn't get to where they scan your ticket and you go in without first passing the CrowdPass checkpoint.

    People intent on cheating it will still probably find a way to cheat, but it'll be a lot harder and require more effort than most people would make.

    Been so hard to find a room for the night but I managed to book an [actual] BnB in Ocean Grove today that is very reasonable (only issue it is 3 nigh min. and I really only need 1 night.)  Is anyone else on the mysterious waiting list for Asbury Hotel?  I've called a few times and the girl at the desk basically said they are holding rooms for talent / industry folks so any openings would be last minute.  She also said the waiting list is extremely long.

    I wasn’t aware they had a waiting list.  I assume they would charge multiple arms and legs if there were a room.  The pickings are very slim.

    The Asbury Hotel is very nice hotel.  The roof top bar is fantastic.
