A lot of hyperbole and falsehoods in this sentence. Who would these several Ten Clubbers be? What do you mean by "always"?pjl44 said:OG Legal Jam is the subset of Ten Clubbers who are always threatening to sue over the missing singles
Your post does though include the classic MO of the subset of Ten Clubbers who are always ready to throw other Ten Clubbers under the bus in their classic "PLEASE DADDY LOOK AT ME! I'M A GOOD BOY!" way."Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0 -
Just be grateful you made it 8 pages without any t-shirt bootlegging jabsSpiritual_Chaos said:

How many weeks untill they change their name from "Legal Jam" to something else?"Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0

It will happen as soon as the original band Legal Jam finds out about this. 😀Spiritual_Chaos said:How many weeks untill they change their name from "Legal Jam" to something else?0 -
What a slow news cycle this must be. The amount of attention this is getting is mind blowing.0

Right?! Talk about making a mountain out of a mole hill. Admit you screwed up, change your name to something less lame than Legal Jam, take down the merch and move on. End of story.PJNB said:What a slow news cycle this must be. The amount of attention this is getting is mind blowing.I'll ride the wave where it takes me......0 -
is this the first time in history a tribute act put out a "statement"? LOLmcgruff10 said:

I can understand Pearl Jam's management and lawyer's etc having an issue with Pearl Jamm but why (if true) has the band instigated this? Disappointed. If anything Tribute bands only enhance the Pearl Jam brand. Tribute bands can generate more fans of the actual genuine band or even get casual fans going to more gigs, former fans returning to the band they once loved, buying more merch etc.
Petty if you ask me. I really hope this is a management and legal matter rather than the band wanting it dealt with.

They seem to be totally cool with the myriad other tribute bands who weren't dumb enough to name themselves Pearl Jamm and sell stickman t-shirtsleespj said:I can understand Pearl Jam's management and lawyer's etc having an issue with Pearl Jamm but why (if true) has the band instigated this?
