    It's ridiculous
Guy goes 4 years thinking Trump is not racist despite an abundance of facts suggesting otherwise, and now spends pages and pages talking about how Biden is. Laughably disingenuous.

In more important news---this jobs report ain't too hot. But....good news for mortgage rates though, if anyone's interested.
Never mind the 8 years President Biden served as VP to the first Black POTUS. Not a peep about his alleged racism, nor any criticism of POOTWH during his tenure, despite reams of examples. Next we'll hear how President Biden is cozying up to Little Rocket Man and exchanging love letters.
I see earlier he compared Trump being "friends" with Kanye West to Biden picking Kamala as his VP. Big ol' LOL to that. We currently have the most diverse cabinet in the history of the country. But, sure, that is equivalent to Trump rushing to pretend he is friends with any black celebrity he can find who expresses some level of support for him. Meanwhile he had like two black people in his cabinet.

It’s almost as if the cabinet is a “racial jungle” (Joe Biden term).  Maybe he doesn’t use those terms anymore when describing racial integration.  He’s a changed man, after all, like his “buddy” Strom Thurmond.

just bought a townhome for roughly the same price as we paid for the place we moved out of. Actually a bit more money. But we’re saving money because of the low interest rate. I think it is just below 3%. Now we just have to sell the damn condo.

Yes, that's it exactly.  It's completely disingenuous.  Now if Static was making the argument, I'd hear him out.  But he also wouldn't imply that the Crime Bill is more damaging than Jim Crow.

I'm worried about inflation and you should be worried about the rates.  So cooling off a little on the jobs may not be such a terrible thing.
    Wouldn’t I though?

You just have to do your research. It’s all there if you know where to look.

Were they the president?  Trump being there is important to signify the peaceful transfer of power....you know the thing he tried to stop two weeks before that.  Expectations for a president are different than for "many politicians".  Surely you can agree with that.

The question is whether the stimulus money has had a short term negative effect on hiring.  You hear a lot of anecdotal information about people with jobs but no applicants.  Is it a coincidence that this happened the same month that many Americans received their stimulus?  Maybe not.  I can tell you that we had our two best revenue months in company history in March and April.  And that was driving by stimulus for sure.

If you had no problem with Trump's level of "anti-racism", why so woke all of a sudden? Let's not pretend Biden's words and acts hold a candle to Trump and his take on "shithole countries", etc.

I had a problem with Trump not federally legalizing marijuana as well, and was vocal about it(that’s where this conversation stemmed from if you are not aware).  I have been against the racist prohibition policy since the Bush era.  C’mon man.  It just so happens that Biden is president now and has the ability to change the status quo, which would be a big step towards anti-racism on a systemic level.  I am not the one that keeps on with the “whataboutisms” here.  Everyone would get pissy when someone brought up Obama or Clinton in the Trump thread, but I guess it’s okay to keep bringing up Trump in the Joe Biden thread?  Why can’t we talk about Biden’s merits, or lack of, without bringing up Trump?
Some here are obsessed with Trump I guess?

So basically ever politician ever is a racist for not changing these policies. Got it.
No, just not anti-racist enough.  And not every politician has been in a position where they could change the status quo like Biden is.  He is actually one of the ones holding up progress on this topic.  What is someone that chooses to do nothing when given the opportunity to a make a change to laws that are used to target black people?
I do think Biden still holds some pretty outdated views on the topic, and he was one of the main proponents of the racist drug policies that are still used to kill and lock up black people and the impoverished today.
So no, he may not be “racist”, but he sure isn’t as “anti-racist” as he could be.
    Maybe he’ll come around eventually…

Most popular President ever...  And for the record, I would never make fun of anyone with a stutter.  If you think our President failing to read a teleprompter is stuttering, I have a bridge to sell you...

Uhhh, am I missing something here? What is the problem, exactly?

This is a big reason why you guys lost. The only people who think these out of context gaffes or whatever you want to call them, matter are the base of the retrumplican party. The vast majority of us, 81 million strong, just don't give a shit. Sorry!

Oh look, a picture of Joe Biden with Strom Thurmond from 50 years ago. See guys! He is racist! Okay, Candice Owens...

Hey look, here's a picture of Donald Trump and Al Sharpton from 40 years ago! This proves Trump is not a racist right!? lol

@mcgruff10.....that is good. Avg 30 year today is hair above 3%.
I’m not the person saying someone is not a racist because they know black people…
Here’s my double up in the pic wars, lol:

Oh that's weird.  That looks like Inauguration.  Maybe we can see Trump with Joe and Kamala.... oh wait.. no.  He's a giant baby and skipped it.
I only find this funny considering how many politicians skipped Trumps inauguration. Were  they babies too?
Were they the president?  Trump being there is important to signify the peaceful transfer of power....you know the thing he tried to stop two weeks before that.  Expectations for a president are different than for "many politicians".  Surely you can agree with that.
I agree with that, and I agree he should have been there.
I also find it funny that one side can do something and it’s seen as a big statement. Someone else can do the exact same thing and he’s a baby.
I think they were al babies. Trump, and those who skipped his inauguration too

I find it refreshing that someone in leadership isn't kneejerk in their answers. he takes time to think, which is unusual today; everyone has to be rapid fire or they're considered stupid or making something up.

everyone slips up reading time to time. and it probably is a result of his stutter. you're really grasping.

how much for the bridge? when you sell it to me, I'm going to have to ask you to move out from under it.
new album "Cigarettes" out Fall 2024!

Isn't knee jerk and takes time to think?  He looks like an old man in desperate need of a nap.
