But today the market corrected. Now some Deep State liars will say that's because the Fed came out and signaled that a rate cut likely wouldn't come in March. But I know it's because the new Quinnipiac poll had Biden leading.0 -
BidenThe MAGA meltdown on this is so great. And it's all a part of the grift. If the right wing "influencers" actually cared about winning an election vs monetizing anger, they would know not to upset the Swifties. They are passionately defensive of Taylor. She's going to endorse Biden. She is going to push people to register to vote. It will make a difference. But the right wing going after Taylor is just going to make it that much worse for MAGA. They are setting a trap that they will spring on themselves. And it's going to be hilarious... again.

Good article from the Bulwark. https://plus.thebulwark.com/p/maga-has-tds-taylor-derangement-syndromeAs the photo shows she was around in 2020, and it took an enormous mail in vote for Biden to squeak out a win. It will be a gigunda task for Biden to get those 16 million additional votes he received over Hilary’s 2016 total, without an extensive record breaking mail in vote happening this time. he will likely need even more votes this election.0 -

The only downsides are 1) he's kinda pro-environment (or at least used to be), 2) Trump probably wants a running mate he can sexually harass, and 3) RFK might not be willing to vow to never certify a presidential election for a democrat.
#3 is the big one. The next VP will have to be willing to do what Pence would not.Would need to change the 22nd amendment for that to have an impact. Since Biden is current president, Harris oversees the electoral college certification in 2025. If trump wins this election, he would need to run for a third term (which is currently unconstitutional) to have his VP involvedYou could be right, DeSantis and others may try, but imo they don’t have the power trump does to get supporters to walk the plank to overturn an election.0 -

My daughter, who is 25, tells me that Taylor is the soundtrack of her life, like they went through things together. It's not much different than how you and I probably think of PJ. In the 90s we were young and angry, then we were mad about war, then we had kids, and now we are middle age and mortality is upon us. Very similar.0 -
BidenShe's definitely bigger. That huge concert tour took her from biggest pop star in the world to...I don't know...biggest pop star in the world squared.
Of course Biden's only gotten older. He needs to get at least as many votes as last time and it needs to be because of votes against Trump....There are not 80 million people that really want to vote for Biden. Will there be 80 million that want to vote against Trump? I sometimes wish he'd step up and not run. Nobody would blame him. The question is whether any Dem would be able to beat Trump. Hard to say. I am sure some of the usual undecides are sick of all these ageing boomers and would love to vote for a fresh face. That said, the Dems don't have a very deep bench.
