If Joe Biden shows up for debate number 2 in an urn, I will still vote for him over the orange monster.
It's nice to be nice to the nice.

These have to be the two worst candidates in the history of the US. In a country of over 330 million this is the best each party can do?! ugh.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

The problem is that the number of people who agree with you is dwindling

Biden or Trump...honesty, whats the difference?..  Yeah I'm in that kinda mood today! hahaha

Will either help and fight for workers? NO...

Will either push for an improved healthcare system that covers all Americans? NO......

Will both continue bailouts for Corporations? Yes....

Will either enact policies and taxes that will help rise up and give security to the lower and middle class? NO...

Will either fight to reverse their own parties policies of the last 50 years to fix the problems caused by letting corporations dictate law through a corrupt system?  NO......

Will either break up the big monopolies that have been allowed to form once again? No.....(How many times must we learn this lesson?)

So then what's the difference between the two?  A big D or R next to their names?  GO TEAM!!!!

One is the village idiot and the other is a plagiarizing life long politician with a clear record of not helping anyone but the donor class and his own career ...  not just Biden.. Since pandemic both Hillary Clinton and Pelosi both have yelled "OPEN THE OBAMACARE EXCHANGES!
(That worse than "Let them eat cake" its more like....  "Let them buy cake" )

I know I'll get yelled at... But it's TRUMP... but But but..I know.. I hate him too....

Bottom line... A real leader is either going to fight for the people, some even willing to give their lives in that pursuit. or they're aren't and are part of the broke system. ... right now in American history I don't see anyone fighting for the people..

So yeah I'll vote Biden.. then go home and wash my hands a bunch of times to try to wash the dirty feeling away...

    WE NEED A 3rd PARTY!!!!!!!

    ....sigh....

The US isn't set up to be a multiparty system.  The checks and balances are in the 3 branches of government.  There will never ever ever be a viable 3rd party option, or 3 party system of government here.

The last election cost us 2 Supreme Court seats and countless lifetime appointments to federal judges.  This will now take an entire generation to undo.
...been thinking about this post (from 2020) a lot lately....

Will Biden drop out?  Will he stay in? Who would take his place?  Could he win anyway?
Nobody knows, and meanwhile the clock is ticking.
Somebody has to make a move.
It's really not a good move to be deer in headlights.
    But here we are.
Sorry, yeah, I'm kind of freaking out.  Life these days feels like bad drugs without the drugs.

We're just used to the press carrying water for this administration and all this makes more sense if you view them as approaching things antagonistically now

This is really reminding me of the Comey letter with Hillary. I'm not saying that Biden's debate performance wasn't newsworthy but it's misplaced.

Virtually EVERYONE that served with tRump (VP, SecDef, SecSt, Chief of Staff(s), etc.) are NOT SUPPORTING HIM. That's is much bigger news.

    heres a poll.

Poll: Young voters in 12 states, including Florida, think Donald Trump’s felonies disqualify him

That includes a majority of Democrats, Republicans and independents.

Under-30 voters in a dozen states — including Florida — are further souring on Donald Trump’s candidacy in the wake of damaging court verdicts against the former President, newly released polling figures show.

Seventy-four percent of voters 18-29 in Florida, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin think Trump, as a convicted felon, shouldn’t be allowed near the White House again.

That includes a majority of Democrats, Republicans and independents, according to Washington-based public research firm The Generation Lab, which surveyed 1,080 young voters in early June for Voters of Tomorrow, a Generation Z-led progressive election engagement organization.

The survey, which found 74% of Floridians agreed that a convicted felon should be barred from seeking the presidency, had a 3-percentage-point margin of error.

Notably, the survey was conducted before the first 2024 presidential debate, which left many concerned about President Joe Biden’s mental fitness for the job. National polling has since shifted more favorably toward Trump, with the former President expanding his lead to 6 percentage points in a New York Times/Siena College survey published Wednesday.

The Generation Lab’s poll, conducted June 2-7, found that 57% of respondents across 12 states viewed Trump more negatively after his conviction on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to cover up his affair with an adult film actress before the 2016 election.

In Florida, the divide was even starker. Sixty-two percent of respondents said their opinion of Trump diminished “more” or “much more” afterward, compared to 29% who said the verdict didn’t change their opinion and 3% who viewed him even more positively.

Similarly, 53% of young voters across the 12 states said a jury’s finding that Trump was liable for sexual abuse and defamation — offenses for which he was ordered to pay more than $88 million in damages — was also a big minus.

Sixty-three percent of under-30 Floridians agreed with them. Just 5% of respondents across all 12 states and only 2% in Florida said they liked Trump more after the jury’s ruling.

    continues.....

Majority of independents and 'double haters' think Trump should end 2024 campaign: POLL

The voting blocs could be critical in November in the expected razor-thin race.

    June 3, 2024, 5:06 PM

    1:16

Half of Americans think Trump's guilty verdict was correct: POLL

    A new ABC News/Ipsos poll finds 50...

Former President Donald Trump's guilty verdict on all 34 counts in his hush-money trial appears to have a majority of independents and "double haters," those who have an unfavorable view of both Trump and President Joe Biden, feeling that the former president should end his bid for the White House, according to a recent ABC News/Ipsos poll -- a number that could have a ripple effect on the election in November.

Among independents, 52% said they believed Trump should end his 2024 presidential campaign and within the even more specified group of "double haters," 67% said they felt the same way, according to the ABC News/Ipsos poll published on Sunday. The poll was conducted using Ipsos' KnowledgePanel.

In an election year, the votes of independents as well as those aligned with neither candidate are highly sought after by both campaigns. The votes could make a significant impact on the 2024 presidential race that will likely be decided at the margins, especially within crucial battleground states.
