Weird that 60 minutes asks question that is... coming from and giving weight to the opponents slander and attacks.

60 minutes to Kamala: "will that be a SOCIALIST or progressive perspective".

    Lol. Weird journalism.
It seemed like a lot of the Biden/Harris interviews leaned that way. It is like the took the rights talking points and gave them truth or validity but I feel like they handled them well but I am admittedly biased against Trump.

Here is a good clip of the 60 Min interview.

Can't wait for SNL to do a cold open with this, by having Baldwin do his tired impression verbatim but adding one, maybe two, lines written by the SNL writers and call it comedy.

Funny how tRumpsters pick up on that reference when tRump just got done referring to Matt Gaetz as "Rick Gates" for an entire rally in FL.

Trump's right about him being low energy.  I did not really vote for Joe...I voted against Trump.

I know...and I historically have liked Joe (but geez man, stop sniffing hair) back when he was sharp. It's not his ideas (I think he's evolved from his crime bill days) that concern me, but his ability to do what is not a 9-5 job. We vote far too much on "issues."  Issues aside, it was obvious that Trump was unfit the moment he opened his mouth as a candidate (and before that for those that followed him).

Now?  We simply need to stop the bleeding.  Trump works 20 minutes a day; Biden will work more. More importantly will be the people that surround him; the nepotism, the rewarding of unqualified donors, the Russian mob connections. We need that gone, now.

Joe will do just fine...not sure about that 2nd term though.  We might be setting ourselves up for a rough ride in 2024 (if he decides not to run again)

Yeah. Has anyone ever chosen not to run for a second term?* It would be an odd look. Then, if Harris ran, the accusations of "setting it for her" would look true (but who cares? Unless one is put off that she's a woman of color). Or that it's an admission of failure. Of course the hope is that we'll have the GOP by then (as opposed to the GQP / Party of Trump) but I think that's a long shot.

*Through FDR, there were no term limits so maybe someone (including FDR) decided not to run for a third term.

LBJ was eligible but declined to run for a full, 2nd term. Vietnam War took its toll.

The sniffing hair thing is a fucking smear.  Might as well tell him stop taking millions from China.  It's the same category.

Shouldn't he leave after 3 years then to give Kamala a headstart into the election and voters being used to seeing her as president?

    Strategy wise.

I actually do believe he has a heart.  He remind me of an uncle that I have that's a bit touchy-feely. He really means no harm but he also doesn't see how it comes off.  He means well.  Joe seems to struggle in similar ways. It hasn't served him well.

Not in my opinion...I just don't see Harris being at the top of the ticket then.  Maybe I'm wrong.  I guess I don't know who would replace her other than someone like Gavin Newsome or Cuomo.

I don't like Joe taking a day off 8 days before the election

Trump's right about him being low energy.  I did not really vote for Joe...I voted against Trump.
Doesn’t matter. You did the right thing for democracy.

Was he sniffing this kid's hair too?  Just curious. Or is it just impossible for you to believe that he actually has a heart?

I actually do believe he has a heart.  He remind me of an uncle that I have that's a bit touchy-feely. He really means no harm but he also doesn't see how it comes off.  He means well.  Joe seems to struggle in similar ways. It hasn't served him well.
He's the odds on favorite to win the presidency in 8 days...

Joe will do just fine...not sure about that 2nd term though.  We might be setting ourselves up for a rough ride in 2024 (if he decides not to run again)
Shouldn't he leave after 3 years then to give Kamala a headstart into the election and voters being used to seeing her as president?

    Strategy wise.
Not in my opinion...I just don't see Harris being at the top of the ticket then.  Maybe I'm wrong.  I guess I don't know who would replace her other than someone like Gavin Newsome or Cuomo.

The party doesn't seem to have a very deep bench.  I would predict her at this point. But ultimately, it would probably depend on how well the country is doing. If we've come back from Covid and its impacts and the feelings about the administration are positive, she might be the candidate. If things are still messed up, hopefully both parties start over a bit (i.e., Dems get a fresh fase and GOP stops being the Party of Trump).

So, a VP isn't a shoe in for the nomination?

Well you've matched it with the cheapest retort.  I'm not the one that accused him of being a pervert, baselessly.
