He talked about having experts in those cabinet positions unlike what we currently have. He talked about adding additional cabinet level positions, and perhaps taking a welcomed bi-partisan approach to his cabinet appointments.

Honestly, it surprises me Chomsky has to say this out loud. Like he said - this is arithmetics, nothing more. Chomsky has also been on the record in saying that the GOP as an organization exists as humanity's largest existential threat, so also not surprising that removing Trump is his number one goal. Even if Biden as an individual were rotten to his core, at least the party has demonstrated a greater willingness to be proactive than its counterpart.
