yeah weird...  no updates on the website. I haven't purchased tickets to anything else that it would be referencing.  I'd be super surprised if they got dates out this soon but at least it would give us something to look forward to.

I got it too.  I assume it’s just system generated.  I can’t imagine new dates would be decided.  There is way too much uncertainty.

There's no way they are scheduling dates yet.  CDC just recommended closing down events of more than 50 people for the next 2 months.  The band probably doesn't even know if Europe is going to happen, so they can't be rescheduling spring dates.  Add to the fact that the NBA and NHL don't know when they will be allowed to start and your looking at uncertainty around venues.

I would love to hear from some of our past members who thought PJ was just adding to the hysteria by postponing as early as they did.

Just saw this. Got the same confirmation.  I would imagine we will hear about PJ in the coming week or so. If not venues will be all gone for the winter rapidly

That would have been amazing to live in Phoenix & see both of them on back to back nights. Alas.

Yeah, especially with NBA & NHL likely going to be starting later in the fall/winter too.

Wow I would take those Foo Fighter dates for Pearl Jam in a second. Hoping for something similar.

Summer and travel ball postponed and I’m assuming the same for school shortly til April 30 in IL.

However dim, it’s good to see that we’ve flipped the light at the end of the tunnel on. However meaningless, the talk of  timelines for concerts and sports has me more hopeful.

im not big on the jersey shore and I’m not a fan of AC. We love OCMD after Labor Day. The hotel we stay at, the surf shops, the fall waves, the food etc..  Never in peak season though.

It’s a gamble though to set new dates right now, isn’t it?! Nobody knows how this is gonna evolve and winter is flu season. A new corona wave on top and those dates would have to be postponed again

I am so excited about the album release.... at least we have that to look forward to.

As long as people actually practice social distancing, and stay the fuck home.  If people keep on with "Im going out, you gotta live your live!" then this thing gets prolonged.

I’d say the thinking is that with a vaccine, better treatments and overall awareness they it will become more manageable. Assuming they’d be conservative with reschedules but I could also see where insurance and other issue could affect that.

Every ski resort in CO is closed by governor order. Was heading to Breckenridge as an escape and made it 9 hours but will just turn around and head home.
No offense, but you didn’t see this coming before driving 9 hours? I’m surprised they stayed open this longThe first cases in CO came from ski resorts.
That's fair. I knew the risk but tried anyway.
This is the problem, people know the risk but don’t care. This mindset is not going to work. Not trying to give you a hard time but cmon, common sense.

I grew up in Maryland and used to go to OC quite a bit. Haven't been in years. Is the Sunshine House surf shop still there. Those t-shirts were everywhere in high school. (sorry to go off topic of this thread)

I too grew up in MD though never went to OC. We were Bethany/Rehobeth people. I have yet to spend any time there as an adult.
There is a reason we always refer to it as Ocean Shitty.

As long as you have groups of people bar crawling for ST Patrick’s day like they did in Chicago Saturday, this thing is definitely going to get worse and stay worse.

National quarantine is imminent, hopefully such gatherings won't be an option
