    Had the same thing happen.  Second call started ringing and then just kept ringing for 3 min.  I knew it was probably too early to be a winner but wonder what’s happening there.  Like the call is in limbo.

    Yes, I’ve gotten through on my T-Mobile cell about five times since the start.  Caller 16 was my closest.
