    my first time getting through and i was caller 21. heard it ringing and heard someone pickup and then heard "caller 21, try again"

    So it seems like they are waiting until the song starts playing on the app before opening the phone lines, if you were the first caller 3 minutes after the song started. Makes sense as I was caller 14 and 15 last week and I didn't start calling until the song started on the app which is almost 3 minutes delayed.
