I've posted this before, but the best way for this to have been set up would have been to make all 10C seats outside of NYC and CO only transferable via this site, but any tickets bought through the TM sales should have been re-sell-able
It would have guaranteed that a lot of real fans for in for face, while also allowing there to be some form of secondary market for people that really don't have the time or patience to deal with this crap to just pay market price and get in.
Having ALL the tickets to only be transferable this way is stupid..

I listed my Oakland 1 seat, sec 220 row 1. There was a glitch yesterday in posting it but TM figured it out. I see now that if you list a pair they have to be sold as a pair, interesting.

it is a RESALE feature. All of the tickets for the show have been sold, most of them to people who fully plan on going.
This was never intended to be some secondary sale where everyone gets a ticket.
The demand outweighs the supply by A LOT. No one is sticking it to us.

Most on here is looking at f2f from the viewpoint of the buyer, and I do get the frustration. Obviously there are improvements that could be made. But on the other hand, if you are a seller this option is great. Keep that in mind because many people selling these tickets are club members too.
It’s not the systems fault. There are literally hundreds of people sitting at their computers refreshing the screen all racing to buy a pair of tickets that pop up once every 10-20 minutes.
Getting kicked out in the checkout is frustrating but not sure what a better system could be. The demand just greatly outweighs the supply.
I think the countdown clock would help a lot. Race to get them into your cart but then have a reasonable expectation of completing the purchase after that.
The clock allows people to hem and haw and then not buy while preventing others who are prepared to buy from getting them. And instead of getting "another fan beat you" at the checkout, you'd just be getting the same message at the map page. Not saying either way is definitely better, but there are downsides to the clock system as well.

I am trying to sell my tickets. They were up for a second then disappeared never to be seen again. Cancelled my listing and have been in pending cancelled for over 12 hours now with no access to my tickets.
