This virus would never been eradicated just isolating for 3 weeks. What if someone in your house had it and then you got it 10 days later then someone else in your house got it 10days later and so on. Also all of the workers that need to keep the world going from health care to food to electricity and on and on.
Vaccines were and are needed imo.0 -

Andrew Cuomo, Governor of New York and brother of Chris Cuomo (who allegedly received special treatment himself) was always a big proponent of mask wearing. Except that time, he wasn't. He also didn't self quarantine when he returned either, because he's essential.
I could continue because the examples are endless, lets not make this a Democrat vs Republican thing, its more an elite or ruling class against the rest of us. As to the vaccine, I would love to see the numbers on the people who have gotten the vaccine who preach vaccine hesitancy, as I would love to see the numbers of the people who have not gotten the vaccine that have been brow-beating us for months to take it. It would probably be eye opening.
Edited to add, these people have more information than we will ever have or ever want to know, why again should I be worried about the virus if they are truly not worried about the virus and not following their own guidelines and restrictions?

I do not trust them either with their numbers but there is no way they could hide a serious over run of the pandemic in this day and age.Post edited by PJNB on0 -

No. What you're doing is trying to make these comments about something that they are not. What did Tennessee have to do with the post that you replied to? Not only that, the post wasn't even about states. From what I can see, Tennessee has a really low vaccination rate yet their daily cases are dropping fast. That seems like good news for Tennessee.

Care to comment on the actual post or nah? Cincy seems to suggest that if "y'all had worn masks and stayed apart we wouldn't have needed a vaccine", with "y'all" of course referring to the Qtards, trumplicans, Grand POOBAH, and whatever other cute names you have around here. But it turns out, the ones imposing all these lockdowns and restrictions were the ones not following them. Crazy huh? Rules are for thee, not for me.0 -

What's that? He quadrupled down?!?!HughFreakingDillon said:oftenreading said:HughFreakingDillon said:oftenreading said:The idea that the pandemic could have been avoided by a worldwide shutdown is pie in the sky thinking. Who keeps the clean water flowing? Who keeps the electricity running? Who staffs the hospitals for all the non-covid injuries and illnesses? Who provides the food for people to eat? Where do people without safe housing go? And that’s just in the more developed world; it’s even more unworkable in the developing world.
too many stupid people.

Maybe if y’all had worn your masks and stayed apart we wouldn’t have needed a vaccine. And from here on out, if you refuse to get the vaccine you are part of the group that owns the death and sickness. Pretty sure those numbers will be much higher than negative effects from the vaccine.
Dr. Deborah Birx, coordinator of the White House coronavirus response team, told us that we should not visit our family during the Holidays, keep gatherings to our immediate households only.

"For many Americans that guidance has been difficult to abide, including for Birx herself. The day after Thanksgiving, she traveled to one of her vacation properties on Fenwick Island in Delaware. She was accompanied by three generations of her family from two households. Birx, her husband Paige Reffe, a daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren were present.
Gavin Newsom, California Governor who banned all indoor dining and enacted some of the strictest rules in the US, was having dinner indoors with members of the California Medical Association.
"LOS ANGELES - FOX 11 obtained exclusive photos on Tuesday night of Governor Gavin Newsom allegedly eating at the French Laundry restaurant in Yountville, California at a dinner party he attended on November 6 not following his own COVID-19 protocols he set forth for the state."
Nancy Pelosi, House Speaker, maskless while getting her hair done violating San Fran restrictions.

"(CNN)House Speaker Nancy Pelosi got her hair styled Monday inside a San Francisco hair salon, her office said in a statement Tuesday, an apparent violation of the city's Covid-19 safety regulations that enraged the salon's owner."
Jim Kenney, mayor of Philadelphia, banned indoor dining in his city, but that did not stop him from enjoying some crab cakes in Maryland.
Steve Adler, mayor of Austin, threatened his own residents with stricter lockdowns while he was vacationing in Cabo. Aruba, Jamaica, ooh I want to take you...

Care to comment on the actual post or nah? Cincy seems to suggest that if "y'all had worn masks and stayed apart we wouldn't have needed a vaccine", with "y'all" of course referring to the Qtards, trumplicans, Grand POOBAH, and whatever other cute names you have around here. But it turns out, the ones imposing all these lockdowns and restrictions were the ones not following them. Crazy huh? Rules are for thee, not for me.

I've said it before and I will say it again, the damage done during this past 16 months is going to take years to repair..
