Anyone know if Toronto sold out? Still spinning 45 minutes later

There is a (very) small part of me that is looking forward to the challenge of getting into this goddamn Baltimore show.

There are not many things in life that throwing money at a problem won't solve and this is apparently one of them.

    OK fate, let's do this.

'I know I was born and I know that I'll die, the in between is mine.'
  • I gave up.  Do people think that the "no transfer" and "fan-to-fan exchange" will make it easier or harder to find tickets.  In the past I was able to give my extras to other fans but I never needed a ticket myself.
    Boston (4/10/94), Hartford (10/2/96), Barre (8/22/98), Hartford (9/13/98), Mansfield (9/15/98 + 9/16/98), Mansfield (8/29/00 + 8/30/00), Mansfield (7/2/03 + 7/11/03), Boston (9/28/04), Hartford (5/13/06), Boston (5/24/06 + 5/25/06), Hartford (6/27/08), Mansfield (6/28/08 + 6/30/08), Philadelphia (10/31/09), Hartford (5/15/10), Worcester (10/15/13 + 10/16/13), Hartford (10/25/13), New York (5/1/16), Boston (8/5/16 + 8/7/16), Boston (9/2/18 + 9/4/18)
  • Ridiculous...yes, it's been a sad, mad, demoralizing 3 days. If such high demand and recent 2 day shows in baseball stadiums (home/away)....why are we getting 1 nyc show and 1 b-more? Remember playing Philly 4 nights?  Ughhh. Being on east coast. We always get... D"to high demand", don't expect 10c tickets. Idk... Sucks... Love pj. Hope to see you soon but not paying 600$ resale

Easier if your goal was to only pay face value.  Harder if your goal was to get in at any cost.

Doesn't anyone really think there will be any tickets on Fan to Fan?  How many are going to have an extra ticket that they can't find anyone to go with?  Maybe an emergency happens or someone forgot they were away that date, but I think it will be another huge let down if anyone thinks it will be a true way to get tickets
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on....

Stub hub seats are up to 5000 a piece. Wow. The cheapest nose bleeds are 500 and that is a waste of money in msg. Very disappointing.

Here is what needs/needed to be done to improve this process.

    A. Anyone that won the 10C lotto for a certain should not be allowed to buy more tickets under that email address.

    B. 10C tickets to the non-NY and CO shows should not have been nontransferable, but the ones sold through the TM sales should be.  I understand trying to curtail scalping, but LITERALLY making it impossible to get in if you haven't won the lotto or through the TM sales is fucking retarded.

    C. They should have waited until the 10C lotto was over before closing out the VM registration as a lot of people had the same show as their #1 priority, and if you won the 10C lotto it would have been nice to reorder.
Your use of the r-word here is offensive. Flagged.

People are getting tix for friends and other club members, not greed.  Groups of friends are looking out for each other and whoever scores, scores for the group.

StubHub prices went through the roof after this sale ended.

People know they are out of lifelines and are just saying screw it.

This is about the most expensive concert ticket I have ever seen.

Did anyone on the board get tix to MSG or BAL? BAL tix are the rotating bar code, so stubhub supposedly won’t work. MSG isn’t like that?

I just bailed on sitting tight.

  • I was fortunate and got tix for bmore. Not so lucky for St. Louis. Hoping fan-to-fan will help get me in the door for STL.

What may happen is release of tickets day of show at around 4 pm. That is a common thing with ticketmaster.  And seats usually ok.  Then also stub hub may be cheaper.  AS much as I love this band I have a limit on what i will pay for a ticket and 5000 is beyond thinkable.  I have been a 10c member for 20 years and never had this.   I saw. Irving plaza. I was both nights at atlantic city.   This was insane.

Harder, I think. If I were looking to get rid of tickets I would now focus on my local friends and just give them my TM login info so they can walk in.

  • I wish there was some way TC could release a quick statement saying, "X% of tickets normally get in the hands of TC members before the public sale, and in this process we had Y%." I am assuming and thrilled that more tickets than ever found their way into real TC members' hands, but just like everything else in this process we've got to go on faith.
