System is broke. Some folks got 2 lottery tix and 4 verified fan tix where as other club members where shut out of the show completelty.
Nobody seems to understand how f'ed up this is. those same people probably got greedy and got more tix today during the general on sale, while others got zero! Unreal!
Truly not attempting to be a prick - but that is absolutely not f'ed up.. it's capitalism & has nothing to do with greed. That or folks who truly are attempting to get multiple tickets to bring family/friends.
LOL. Might want to reread that sentence...
I did - and I know what I typed. I don't find it greedy folks who are attempting to buy additional tickets for family/friends "greedy"(if you can get 6-8 tickets to bring loved ones... LUCKY!) nor do I find folks who are buying them to resell on the secondary market "greedy". Perhaps prick-ish, yes - not greedy at all.
or you can come to terms and realize you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah... makes much more sense to live in the present tense...
Well I wasted like 25 minutes of my life. I hit refresh, it sent me to a validation thing, then after that a screen that says sale will begin Friday Jan 31 10am. This is for Baltimore by the way.
Is it too much to ask to just have a screen come up that’s says no more tickets instead of wasting even more of our time?
Just tried opening a new sale tab and same thing happened. This blows

We've all been in situations where it was difficult to score a ticket to a show. But for this, I've struck out at all three opportunities. I'm not giving up, I'll try the fan exchange and see if anyone has a spare they can sell me closer to the date, but overall the experience has been extremely demoralizing.

I did - and I know what I typed. I don't remotely find it greedy folks who are attempting to buy additional tickets for family/friends "greedy" nor do I find folks who are buying them to resell on the secondary market "greedy". Perhaps prick-ish, yes - not greedy at all.

I really do feel for people who didn't get tickets, but this line of thinking is so strange to me. Do we have an algorithm for who deserves how many tickets?
I think you know what the algorithm is.
(Time in 10C) x -(ability to read) + (number of threads created to complain) ?
(Number of tickets you want) x (extent to which you are me)
Here is what needs/needed to be done to improve this process.
A. Anyone that won the 10C lotto for a certain should not be allowed to buy more tickets under that email address.
B. 10C tickets to the non-NY and CO shows should not have been nontransferable, but the ones sold through the TM sales should be. I understand trying to curtail scalping, but LITERALLY making it impossible to get in if you haven't won the lotto or through the TM sales is fucking [offensive word removed- admin].
C. They should have waited until the 10C lotto was over before closing out the VM registration as a lot of people had the same show as their #1 priority, and if you won the 10C lotto it would have been nice to reorder.

Greedy? They wanted all those seats all to themselves? Are they going to change seats every few songs?
From my experience, the majority people who get multiple tix normally sell a couple to cover costs, tix, trips, etc.., certainly not all for friends and family, that's easier to say than, I'm selling my extras at a marked up price to recoup all the money I'm going to spend, to each their own I guess

I was calling you gross. The moderators get grumpy when I use stronger language.

Your use of the r-word here is offensive. Flagged.
Uggghh, a maddening hour looking at that screen, and no dice for MSG. But after reading so many posts, I feel VERY fortunate to have gotten 10C tix for Baltimore...my hometown! Good luck to all next month
