You guys who booked hotel rooms are lucky. I committed to visiting/staying with my mother-in-law, which I'll now have to do regardless of whether or not I find a ticket. Imagining myself sitting on her couch that night watching the setlist thread updates.

10C lotto and VF are completely different. That's like being mad someone bought the last Furby at Target and also one at Toys R Us. One has nothing to do with the other.
I had some people at work help me out with their accounts- one got through to Baltimore after 1687 people were in front of him. Tried to pull 3 tickets and it seemed like quite a few were still there, but every time I'd pick one, I got an error message. Never even got through on the other accounts. Fuck Ticketmaster.
2013: Wrigley Field, Pittsburgh, Brooklyn 1, Brooklyn 2, Philly 1, Philly 2, Baltimore
2014: Cincinnati
2015: Global Citizen Festival
2016: Philly 1, Philly 2, MSG 1, MSG 2, Fenway 1, Fenway 2, Wrigley 1, Wrigley 2
2017: Rock N Roll Hall of Fame Induction 2018: Krakow, Chicago 1, Chicago 2, Boston 1, Boston 2
Just got in: "These tickets went fast and are currently sold out. But more tickets may become available soon. Check back for updates."
I really don't like these waiting rooms. Why not just let us all fight for tickets at 10am like the old days. I'm sure Ticketmaster has the bandwidth so it's not a processing issue.
it's fairly obvious they made a mistake booking one night at MSG. Getting tickets to those shows was hard enough in 2016 and there were two. I expect the cheapest ticket to be $300+ on stubhub.
Zero mistake booking one night at MSG - they knew exactly what they were doing with the time constraints, venue availability etc. And shockingly there are other areas of the country that want to see the band play.
I never said there aren't other areas of the country that want to see PJ. But you must realize that PJ playing in NYC, a city of 8m+ ppl (not even going to count the full tri-state area), is a lot different than them playing in a place like Detroit. This is why, imo, it warrants two nights. And it's not like this is unprecedented... They have played MSG/Barclays two nights on several occasions.
Right - and as mentioned a condensed first leg of the tour, with limited arena availability didn't allow it for the first leg. If people want to go, they'll always figure out a way to get in the door... always.
Msg on stub hub is about triple more than 2016
so those that have 750$ for behind stage seats, enjoy DotC

Again. This a computer program... Do you think there's not really a special queue for those big name corporations and scalping? Filters are part of computer programming... Just saying
And, Theres another sale next Friday??? Come on already...

This is the only thing that made me laugh today. I'm sorry man, but funny post!

No. I just think there is a special queue for me. In the back.

Other arena you can usually pick up tix a couple of days before the show due to release of held seats due to stage setup. However, I've rarely seen that at MSG. And since PJ uses a basic stage, they usually don't have that problem.
Currently best value on StubHub for MSG is Chase Bridge 310 at $481/tx. Ugh.

If they were to drop all lottery winners by one priority to give non winners a better chance and match up their performances per capita where fans live, that might put a dent in this issue.

Nobody seems to understand how f'ed up this is. those same people probably got greedy and got more tix today during the general on sale, while others got zero! Unreal!

100% accurate, totally crushed! Tried everything and got shut out every time. Guess 10C seniority does matter anymore. So incredibly disappointing. I even took the morning off work yesterday for the verified sale.

this is just flawed logic. today was a disaster, so for someone to actually go 3/3 is hard to believe.
