Ticketmaster Issue with Oak and LA

    All my charges were posted for the first 3 confirmations I received. Still another 7 hours or so before the 48 hours is up from the late confirmation that was received Monday the 20th in the evening. Hope to see that charge soon

    At this point I don't know why anyone wouldn't try for the VF presale if they are still waiting to hear and their cards to be charged. I dont think it will be that difficult to sell on the fan to fan if you get both.

    Dude on Facebook says he just called TM and they told him that the Monday night emails were legit and that we should see credit cards being charged in the next few hours.

    The Winston Wolf rule is in effect so please keep that in mind.

    (EDIT: for the record...this was the same dude that yesterday said TM told him we would be getting rejection emails related to the Monday night notices)

    Disclaimer: TM has no clue what they’re doing or saying, however, and none of them even know who they work for or why or if they put pants on this morning.

    I thought about calling or emailing and then I realized I'll just come here and find an answer that contradicts my answer and will be back to square 1.  Towel is thrown in.  Hope to get a cc charge and confirm email tonight.

    Im convinced that the confusion is now because those high priorities that were granted are in question, not ours with lower...so either they are struggling to find more tickets for 10c or how to tell those with 4-8th priorities that their tickets were granted in error.

    Saga two begins the week of 1/27... Seat selection... if TM could not get priority right, how will they handle seats assignment based on 10C seniority? Not being negative.. im happy to be in the building all weekend in OAK. BUT.. Just saying

    I think this is when 10C steps in. Theres no reason anyone outside the 10C organization should have any of my PII info, including seniority number. TM tells 10C who won based on MATCHING email addresses. 10C can take it from there.

    What a relief to get concluded in the right way - but I guess that number shows how many transactions are going through - over the whole worth of tickets  weekend or just across 2 shows do you think?

    When did you get charged?  I think I was in the same boat as you and others- no notice for LA2 and then suddenly the night before last I got a confirmation/congratulations email, but no charge as of yet?
