So, in other words at least 50.1% of those that enter will get tix.  And up to 49.9% won’t.

ill be @ both, but cmon at least one of these
You had a 0% chance of winning Baltimore with your 5th choice so u can’t be that surprised
In theory you’re right but there’s at least one example I’ve seen of a GA for oak1 getting it in her 4th priority

    50% + 1.

And that happened. Sorry for those who missed out. But 10C did a fantastic job here and DID provide tickets to the majority of fans.

Just received my rejection email for Baltimore.  Bummed.  I posed this question earlier and it didn't get much traction....do you take verified pre-sale tickets this Thursday that will likely be nosebleeds or pass and wait for fan-to-fan the following week which will be 10C tickets?
I used Verified Fan for my brother for Seattle last year, and ended up with seats 15 rows behind mine from the 10 club lottery.  I am a 400xxx number though.

    For real.
What about those that got emails saying they got tickets and their credit cards have pending charges for these tickets...then 6 hours later receive an email saying they didn’t get tickets.
I definitely wasn't referring to that. The whole thing about getting rejection emails hours later after getting confirmation is completely screwed up. I'd be freaking out as well. I keep looking at my email wondering if I'm going to experience the same thing. Hopefully it's just a crazy glitch.

Me too. Honestly have had a bad couple of days and that Nashville email has definitely smoothed all that over. Now keep looking to see if something new/bad comes in.

I think the denial letters following the "YOU SCORED" letters are erroneous. I received an email that I won Nashville at 11:55am, and received an email to that I lost after 6pm.

Sounds like a glitch, and a lot of anxious phone calls on Monday morning.

You would think, especially with charged credit cards, but at this point who knows.

  • If you buy verified fan tickets this Thursday and then find better seats through fan-to-fan...can you sell the verified fan tickets?  How does that work if they are non-transferable?

The verified fan tickets shouldn't be non-transferable, right? I mean, it's just a presale like any other presale but with higher priority on the presales. They aren't the same as fan club tickets. So they should be yours to do with as you please. And I'll admit, I didn't read much onto the verified fan presale. But even if they aren't, if you find tickets at a price you are willing to pay and sell the presale tickets for face value, you really didn't lose any money.

One would just post their extras on the fan-to-fan site then.

I have a feeling that any Baltimore tickets on that site are gonna sell in .002 seconds though

Yes, you can through the same exchange. Non-transferable just means you can't transfer them to a specific person.

This goes for every show except MSG and Denver, by the way.

My understanding is every single ticket is non-transferrable except for MSG/Denver. That's why there are only Stubhub listings for those 2 shows. But should be able to sell for face in the exchange.

There is certainly some user error in play. But...the anomalies are too widespread at this point. These denial emails being sent to people who were previously confirmed should be proof enough that the process isn't working as intended.
Agreed. Those are a different story.

There haven't been any public sales yet, though. Even the fan presale is a public presale, you just had to register. Once the public sales happen there will be secondary tickets for every show. Looking at the ticket sale info though I wonder if they are going to make it so you can't resell tickets higher than face regardless of how you got them. That info wasn't limited to the lottery or presale, it was on the overall ticket info. If that's the case, that's kind of awesome.

    1. NYC BA - confirmed 4:38pm eastern
    2. Balt BA - rejected 7:42pm eastern

Obviously I wanted both but with a lot of Balt priority 1 getting rejections I’m happy with the results. Process felt fair.

On to the next round! See you at verified fan.

For the confirmation then rejection people, is it possible it's a phishing scam. You can view the email address from the confirmation email and make sure it matches?  If you know enough to view the message header and compare the return paths?  People are logged in all day to multiple sites and maybe hackers are grabbing hoping you will reply.. Idk just thinking outloud
