I got denied for both LA shoes for reserved seating. Those were my 1 and 2 picks and only picks.. Im crushed. I dont get it. Member for about 20 years. I caught them on every tour - this was going to be show 14 & 15. I dont get it.

Exactly.  I get that those with lower numbers being shut out may be a bummer however I think GA being based on seniority would really screw over many fans who simply would have the disadvantage of age difference.  The reserved seat seniority is a fair compromise between the two ideaologies

Ugh.....thanks for posting that. So it looks like Ticketstoday is the one sending both the winning and the losing emails, and you won't know whether it's good news or not until you open it. That's a bummer. I was hoping it would be obvious before opening the email. Now I'll really be stressing tomorrow. 

Subject line of my Denver win: "You've Scored Pearl Jam Tickets for Denver, CO!"

Don't know what losing would say, but that was pretty clear.

I would email them. That is impossible unless something was wrong with your entry.

That really makes no sense. Something is Definitley amiss with the lottery this time.  It’s more than just an anomaly at this point with many people getting denied BA or reserved seats on shows that were supposedly 99%. Not to mention others getting the same shows with picks 4 and 5. Hope this gets worked out for Fall leg.

If you go through the steps again and are absolutely sure you did everything right and can rule out user-error, contact support

No chance. They wouldn’t have set it up with prioritization capabilities. They fully intended on priority meaning something. Whether it does seems to be unknown.

Are you saying that you got a rejection email for all of those shows? Or just that you haven't received an email yet? 

I got a rejection email for all three shows with BA for all three.

I haven't heard of any GA priority 2 entries hitting, so I believe priority was used. Otherwise we would have heard of 2nd and 3rd priority GAs hitting
