Exploring:
- If you are there for the weekend and have not been before, take time to walk around the National Park surrounding the Gateway Arch and Mississippi River and take some cool photos! And although it's a touristy thing to do, the arch is well worth a rickety tram ride to the top for the fabulous view from America's tallest monument!
- The City Museum which is downtown is quirky and wonderful - I highly recommend a visit there if you have time - It's seriously like a playground for adults, and like no other museum you've ever been to! Delmar Boulevard (University City Loop) is also highly recommended - Probably the most famous street in St. Louis.

Booked the Pear Tree $178 for one night, king size bed for me and my lady. Even if you can't find anything real close that's a safe area to walk around in. Pear tree has a cancellation policy too just in case I don't get tickets, which will make me cry

I"m from St. Louis and that weekend/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday is opening weekend for St. Louis Cardinal's baseball season.
Should be a ton of fun downtown that entire weekend.
Feel free to email me if you have any Stl questions.
There are all kinds of great restaurants 10-15 mins away from downtown. The Hill, CWE, Loop etc....
