Genesis is playing Madison Square Garden in December.
Phish is playing fall shows indoors, including 4 nights in Vegas for Halloween.

I've been fully vaccinated since 3/1 and am still extremely cautious and a bit anxious going out, but I'm ready to see some shows.

Pearl Jam can play if they want and feel comfortable, but they need to schedule some shows before every place they play is booked for the next year!
    Dallas 2013
    Wrigley 2016 Night 1
    Wrigley 2016 Night 2
    MSG 2020

Impossible. I was told they wouldn’t play this year by people here. PJ is too responsible for that.
Just an opinion dude. Have fun at your shows, even if it’s just Ed! 😀
My guy, please stop being so arrogantly pessimistic on all of your posts. I usually never do this, but damn man...nothing worse than a troll.
Not that he cannot fend for himself, but 2-feign-reluctance is absolutely not a troll. He, in my limited experience, has come across as a legitimately good dude.
You can be a good dude and still be a troll on the internet. I’m sure I’d love to have a beer with him at a show, just annoyed with all the “I know better than you” mentality on this forum. It’s not just him. I probably do it myself, but with a positive outlook.
if there's anyone that puts a positive spin EVERYTHING, it's 2 Feign. You're way off base here.

Thanks friend. I don't always communicate myself that way, but try to with intention, or as much as my thumbs can take, haha! Enough about me, carry on all. This thread is about a fucking tour!

It's so weird. Here in Canada even if you are fully vaccinated they still tell us to wear a mask indoors & outdoors only in crowded places. In the USA if you get fully vaccinated, you have like superhero strength. You don't need no stinking masks. You can come up real close to a positive Covid person on a street, breathe in his Covid air & laugh at him repeatably.

2.68% of our population is full vaccinated. 35% of the US is. Its not even comparable for another couple of months.

It’s true but the government needs to start relaxing things for those who are fully vaccinated.  The 2.68% means about a million people are having freedom limited without any justification.

All I am saying is the US was not having this discussion when only 3% of its population was full vaxxed.  I am all for removing restrictions for fully vaccinated people in Canada and in the US.

the justification is you can still catch and spread covid even if vaccinated.

Of course you can and no one has said otherwise aside from the far right using it as an exaggeration to justify why they are not getting vaccinated.

Without making this another covid thread I will end it with I  think Canada needs to get its cases down and double vaccinations up to justify to the public these kind of restrictions can be lifted. This will happen in July I am hoping

This is also strategic ( I think they feel its safe to do so as well) timing to announce this for the CDC. People looking to get vaccinated has been steadily declining for days. This is a carrot for those that are on the fence.

CNN-People fully vaccinated against Covid-19 do not need to wear masks or practice social distancing indoors or outdoors, except under certain circumstances, the director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced Thursday.

"If you are fully vaccinated, you can start doing the things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic," Dr. Rochelle Walensky said during a White House Covid-19 briefing. "We have all longed for this moment when we can get back to some sense of normalcy."
Walensky said the science supports the new recommendation that "anyone who is fully vaccinated can participate in indoor and outdoor activities -- large or small -- without wearing a mask or physical distancing."
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

Big day right here. Huge milestone in the US and one that came sooner than I thought. Congratulations!

I was responding to ratherstarved saying there was no justification for vaccinated people to have their "freedoms limited".

So people who are vaccinated will demask, and people unvaccinated who hate masks will demask. How will you know the difference walking down the street.

But those same relocated fans can stand behind you in the beer and bathroom lines. I respect that they are taking steps and trying but I don't see how this is going to work.

They might have separate restroom and concession areas for GA.
