Hopefully the local hotels have yet to jack-up their prices yet!

I stayed at the Dana Point Marina Inn this past year, kinda pricey $225ish if I remember correctly....wouldn't have minded, but it was kinda shitty.....the bathroom paint all fucked up, chips of plaster on the floor......it was a close walk, and it was a great time regardless

I stayed in a condo a short walk from there last week...and ran by there on the beach each day.  Was cool to imagine EV chilling up there, singing.
Given the convenience, I need to check it out one of these times.  (I can utilize that same condo for free.)

Good to know, I thought about booking it this year. I stayed at the Riviera Beach Resort last year & held a room there for this coming year. It’s a timeshare property so they offer a tour as soon as you walk in, but I told them I wasn’t interested & they weren’t pushy about it. It was nice, good view & 15-20 minutes walk to the festival.

We stayed there as well....got the room for $160....it is a no-frills place but it was great being so close to the venue.

For 2020, they are already charging an inflated rate...we may stay a few miles away instead.

And AirBNB and the Marriot are already off the charts.

Once you attend, you're never gonna want to miss it.

So thankful Ohana couldn't have started at a more better time when Bridge School ended.

I’ve gone the last two years and really enjoyed it.  Was much busier in 19 than 18 in my experience tho.  Not sure if numbers back that up but that was my perception.

Ohana is the perfect way to end the summer. I just booked my room at the Hilton for 2020. 4th time for me. I agree with the poster above; when BridgeSchool ended, this replaced it for me.

I've been to 17, 18, and 19.  I would also say 19 seemed more packed.  I think that had a lot do do with the lineup.  Strokes/Ed/RHCP the headliners.  Can't wait to see who joins EV this year.

I agree......booking the RHCPs took things to a new level.

First time attending Ohana and just booked a room at the Best Western Plus Dana Point Inn. Does anyone know anything about this hotel? Looks like a 20 minute walk to the venue so very convenient but very pricey.

Booked a room at the Marriott on the two possible weekends (and then cancelled one) about a month ago and got a decent price.  Would love to go...have to see how it all works out and then make my decision.

Very close walk....all hotels/motels in the area raise prices for Ohana. I booked my place in Sept last year right after fest ended. You just have to pay, It's DANA POINT...very pricey area in OC.
