August 8th and 10th at Wrigley... I’m calling it now
This was discussed a while back when some rumors were being bounced around. Only open dates for a Sat/Mon combo at Wrigley that don't conflict with cubs home stand were: 7/11-7/13, 7/24-7/27, and 8/8-8/10
Just to add some gas to the Chicago fire - the jamband rumor mill sites have pegged 7/24-25 as Dead & Company at Wrigley for the past several weeks
Others on the FB pages have mentioned the same thing but it seems the XM station has gone past the alleged time of any said announcement. Unless it 2:00 PST. Like many, I too and hoping for some news today. Album?!?! N.A Dates?!?!?

The semi official rumor from DPJ is US dates will be in the fall.
If true this would hint at arena shows if they play in the cooler regions. Of course they could sprinkle in a few stadiums in summer, like a reverse of the 2016 NA tour.
Have they actually stated anywhere that they' will play some US/Canada shows that they just havnt announced yet? Or is this whole thread speculation so far? I'm not being flip.
At this point it’s all speculation. They will play N.A. in 2020 but nobody knows when and where.
Hey, cool! Can't wait.. & If I'm talking to Dennis Rodman thank you for helping Da Bulls win those last three championships couldn't have done it without you. And getting Eric Montross kicked out of those two crucial finals games in a row opening up the lane for Michael was awesome.
Lol, not quite . I’m a 5 foot 11 , 200 pound , mid forties guy from Hamilton, Ontario named Darren. I did score a hat trick in pick up ball hockey last night. Not quite the same as Dennis Rodman’s accomplishments but pretty close 😁
Ball hockey is no joke, especially if played on a full arena, but it being winter I don't think it was. But koodo and sure hope all around threw the hats for you.
I'm looking forward to any upcoming NA tour dates. I do hope they wait until a few months before any scheduled dates before they announce. Seems to me that promoters in general have gotten greedier in recent years by initiating ticket sales 6, 9, and even 12+months in advance of any show. In what what other industry does someone pay-in-full in advance of a year?!?!

I've noticed that for a while in pop/top-40 circles. It seems to be a "strike while the iron is hot" thing with tastes that can change by the month.

With the euro tour and Aussie likely on the horizon in January/Feb 2021.... I’m not expecting any more than 14-16 US shows this fall
2 nights Seattle ballpark, Portland, Boise, Salt Lake, Kansas City, 2 nights Wrigley, Cleveland, some mix of Columbus Indy or Louisville, 2 nights Philly ballpark, 2 nights Citi field, 2 nights Fenway
something like this ^ Is what I would bet my $$$ on
im not a huge fan of ballpark shows, but the positive is that ballpark shows would require a much farther in advance notice. If Ballpark shows are in play, we should have something announced by February / March

given they are in Europe until the end of July, it is very unlikely they will be doing ballpark shows this summer.
They basically have August and you can more or less scratch the first week of August off due to traveling and carting equipment back.

That's alot of ballparks when the "official" rumor is a fall US tour. Fall baseball stadium concert dates are extremely rare...for the obvious reasons.
At most they'd do the inverse of 2016 NA imo.
A handful of summer stadium dates first, perhaps 4, then a run of perhaps 16 indoor dates in the fall as has been the "sourced" rumor here
Ya, if they do any ballpark shows they'll have to be in August. Fingers crossed that they are arena shows this time but I'll take any US shows at this point!

Where did the idea of big announcement yesterday 1:00 pm come from? That must not have had any credibility to it.
The only “big” announcements I saw yesterday were for Maroon 5 at Wrigley and Motley Crue/ Def Leppard at Wrigley. If those are big announcements I’d hate to see small ones.

Ok, I thought the post was talking about a PJ announcement, I must have misunderstood the post how about that. I will pass on those listed there.
Sirius announced an all U2 channel yesterday. Could have been a Sirius announcement across channels vs. a Pearl Jam specific announcement. So maybe that was it?

Stern announced that on his show, and that was in the morning.
Sorry to use my first post with a question right off the bat...but are there any solid leads that we will have a NA tour next year? It's been a while since I've been to a show, also not sure about the flow of info/sources in here lol. I used to be a 10c member back in the day, got a new 10c number last week that is astronomically higher that my old one so things must have changed...do we still go to Stone's house to pick up 10c tickets, or did the band get bigger?
cheers
