    My local record store initially had a warning of one per customer, and only available in-store initially. Now they are offering copies online for pre-order, so I assume they have received plenty of copies. I don't think there'll be a shortage of these online on Saturday.

    Those Canadian online links I posted in the Easy Street Records thread last April, will have some MTV Unplugged vinyl I would guess soon. I'll keep looking, and I'll keep posting them here when I find them. :)

    Good but not great sound. I think the audio is the same of the DVD (Ten Legacy Edition 2009).

    Two local rock/modern rock stations from the area that are long since gone.

    There is actually an interesting Documentary on WLIR which was the precursor to WDRE on the same frequency 92.7 FM in New York, a hand full of folks moved over to WDRE.   WLIR is credited for launching careers of bands from the Clash to U2 in the united states.

    WNEW was similar but more rock oriented vs the new wave and punk that WLIR was a champion for.  WNEW ceased its music ops in I think september 1999.

    It was quite sad, the heyday of radio prior to the bleaching of everything by clear channel.
    Nothing like cutting high school back in the 80s to go to the huge WNEW concert on the beach in Asbury Park.  =)

    Fairly common.  Shipment issues.  One of my stores didnt get some titles until the Wednesday after RSD last April.

    A store in Vancouver told me they are getting 30 copies and expect them to go quickly, I guess I'll find out tomorrow. On a separate note, is any kind soul out there able to grab me a copy of Phish Story of the Ghost as none of my local stores are getting it, despite my multiple requests?!

    Im not sweating getting PJ.   The one im wondering about is Paul Westerberg.  My store got about five.  So im lining up tomorrow.

    Local shop got 10 copies of Unplugged.  I think i should be alright.

    Slowboat in Wellington had two copies. Wouldn't hold one for me and then I found out I had to be at a meeting when the shop opened. FML. JB Hifi ordered it and may get copies soon despite not having it on the day. So fingers crossed and legs open.
