I cant be the only one who thinks a Double LP seems very unlikely. They seem to have been struggling to create songs as a band for years so a double album would be surprising.

I think the poster forgot to add “free healthcare” to the list of tour items.

Initial tour announcements have always been separate from newsletters.
True , but Can’t Deny Me was released in a newsletter.
Much of this doesn’t add up but I’ve learned to expect the unexpected when it comes to this band.  I will freely admit I’m a glass half full type of guy.

Sources  close to the band are indicating that a major announcement regarding upcoming release of Pearl Jam Eleven, a double disc album representing their 11th studio album is imminent.

Sources also say the band will be announcing a worldwide tour which begin January 2020.

Early indications are that the album and tour will be an “all encompassing trip” featuring concerts, memorabilia and poster collection exhibits, as well “smaller” venue shows sprinkled in.

Official announcement expected on October 10th, 2019

Not true. No double album, no tour in January. I would love it to be true...but it is not.

I really hope this is true.  Even if it's not all of it, a tour would be amazing.

Almost nothing in the initial post sounds plausible.

    Double Album? Unlikely

Tour starting in January...only place that makes sense is down under, and with 3 months notice...quite unlikely

Travelling exhibits with the tour...very unlikely

"Smaller" venue show sprinkled in...maybe in one city, but not "sprinkled in".

    This weekend we rock Portland

The proposed 10/10 announcement is the red flag for me.  That just seems a little too cheesy and obvious?  I hope that I'm wrong.  BTW, I can't see a double album coming unless there just dusting off out-takes from the last few albums to fill it out.  Just my two cents...
