PJ to Headline Woodstock 50th Anniversary??

Yep. This not anymore corporate than Lollapalooza, Coachella, ACL. They’re all sponsored by Fortune 500 companies who contribute to any cause they feel like.

Happy New Year by the way!
I’ll always try to see PJ if they’re a close car ride away (plus I probably have a place to stay already locked up).
I'd go more for the side stages than the main stage for something like this.0 -
Apparently the Woodstock 50th anniversary event is different from the Bethel Woods Music and Cultural Festival.
Tweet from November also mentioned that the artist listed were the type they would be approaching and not confirmed or rumored artists.2018 - 8/8, 8/10
2016 - 5/5, 5/8, 5/10, 5/12, 8/5, 8/7
2014 - 6/28, 6/29
2013 - 10/12, 11/24
2011 - 9/14
2005 - 9/160 -
I'd rather see Hootie and the Blowfish on acid with bugs crawling on me than Pearl Jam do Woodstock 50.His eminence has yet to show.

I would actually be into doing this as long as it’s part of a bigger tour this year. I’d be disappointed if this was the only show they do on the east coast but I would still probably go.1996: Randall's Island 2 1998: East Rutherford | MSG 1 & 2 2000: Cincinnati | Columbus | Jones Beach 1, 2, & 3 | Boston 1 | Camden 1 & 2 2003: Philadelphia | Uniondale | MSG 1 & 2 | Holmdel 2005: Atlantic City 1 2006: Camden 1 | East Rutherford 1 & 2 2008: Camden 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 (#25) | Newark (EV) 2009: Philadelphia 1, 2 & 4 2010: Newark | MSG 1 & 2 2011: Toronto 1 2013: Wrigley Field | Brooklyn 2 | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2015: Central Park 2016: Philadelphia 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 | Fenway Park 2 | MSG (TOTD) 2017: Brooklyn (RnR HOF) 2020: MSG | Asbury Park 2021: Asbury Park 2022: MSG | Camden | Nashville 2024: MSG 1 & 2 (#50) | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2025: Raleigh 20

Foo Fighters

This is absolutely something Pearl Jam would play at this point in their careers. They altered an entire tour plan in 2016 to play Bonnaroo.
I would be willing to bet that this happens, and I’ll be going for tickets when it doesPost edited by Weston1283 on2010: Cleveland

I don’t go to many festivals but if I do I will go with the attitude that I will walk around all day and catch bands and eat good food, and will know that i will watch PJ from 50 yards away on the jumbo tron. Stand in one spot all day to get rail? That would be a terrible experience.0

I don't enjoy these huge outdoor festivals, especially in the heat of the summer. I sure hope they do an arena tour next!"A beacon on dry land"0
