    NK has suspended testing and development several times in the past.  There were five deals written, ready to be signed from 1988 until 2012, covering every single president.  Not one of them was signed.  You'll have to excuse the cynics among us that think that Un would sign a deal not ratified by the Senate, when he can look at the Libya model and the Iran model to as the most recent precedent.

    Well the whole thing is really hilarious, when you think about it.  Trump personally escalates a war of words with Kim, giving him a nickname and harassing him on twitter.  Then he makes a big show out of going over there and having "peace" talks, declares victory and goes home.  It was all theater, from the very start of the escalation.  But nothing has changed.  It's pathetic.
