It's building up... so what do we 'know' for sure? I think Pinkpop, London (2), Italy (3), Berlin (Waldbühne), Krakow, Werchter, Barcelona, Mad Cool and Nos Alive... and maybe Nimes is in there too.
    AMS x2 at the begining?

The other outdoor venue in Berlin that sounds like wuhlheide but not quite? EDIT: Waldbuhne.
But most members of PJ already played in Waldbühne on the 1995 Tour with Neil ;)
but thats not a pj tour
So, one or two concerts in that 'new venue'?
they always did Wuhlheide since 1992 (at least when they played open air in Berlin)

    Can't believe they change.
But Waldbühne is slightly bigger though
    its 5k bigger
And transportation may be a bit better

Meh... Been to Wuhlheide and Waldbuehne a few times and I feel Wuhlheide absolutely wins in every single aspect (except maybe public transport) ... Still PJ in Europe is the only thing that counts and will make every venue shine :)

I am done with this thread until an announcement comes from the band.
I thought I would drop in every so often to let people know I am still done with this thread.

So if the prediction is 12-15 shows in Europe, can the US expect around the same number?

I love Wuhlheide, but Waldbühne proved as a very, very nice music venue over the last years as lots more shows are happing there recently (I'm from Berlin...). Very special setting, great sound, good public transport.

Would absolutely love PJ to play there! Most important question Dimi - are we getting 2 shows there? ;-)

The seating of the two venues looks completely different. I'm assuming Waldbuhne has different seating categories and reserved seating as opposed to the all GA of Wuhlheide??

I'm thinking US will have more since it's less travel than going overseas.  I'm guessing 20-25 dates for US.  You never know though.

It depends. Most shows at Waldbühne are GA as well. Think PJ will be as well. Only big names (Rolling Stones, Macca) sell in sectors. That would mean 3 seating categories and one small standing GA für ca. 2000 people. So standing is a lot smaller in Waldbühne than Wuhlheide. But sitting in the first round of seats is awesome. You're near the stage and have perfect view, as you're on the same height as the stage.

Looks like the more "rock" the act is, the more likely it is to be all GA.
