    Looks great. But forget the pasta, I would make a sandwich out of that on crusty bread with peppers and onions and Parmesan.

    Yes I did eat it on Italian bread the next day but enjoyed it with pasta too 😋

    Not sure if we should have a baking thread but this Kuchen is a staple during tea time in Chile specially in late summer when the best peaches have been harvested! We made this one with Pears I can’t get fresh peaches here in NY this time a year.

    here you go Joe it’s pretty simple if you follow the recipe! You can use peaches if you can find fresh or apples or pears or apricots, they have to be fresh not canned.

    On the way to the Auto Show, walking past the Terminal Market.  Kid says he is hungry.  Can pick anything from the hundreds of choices, all amazing options....and he picks a lunch of sides.  :lol:
    Guess it is tough to beat Mac n Chee & Corn Bread @ 9.

    Down south here, Mac n cheese counts as a vegetable, especially at the meat and threes! Between the water and the “vegetable” looks like good choices!
