It really was awesome. I love the nice chewy crust and the sprinkled pecorino Romano is killer.

^ Wow I don’t think I’ve had sesame seeds on my crust before. Looks and sounds real good. I’ll have to give it a whirl when we make homemade pie.

Craft “pizza” with prosciutto, arugula, port fig jam and shaved parmiggiano—not bad. Also, not real pizza.
    I SAW PEARL JAM

The four year old wanted to make a pizza...I could do the sauce and crust from stuff in the cabinet but the only cheese we had that he liked was a taco mix.
    Oh well, he likes it.

  • I was surprised visiting the US that the places selling pizza didn't really have that many different configurations to choose from, and the pizza were pretty much just named like "cheese", "peperoni", "mushroom".

Here is how it looks in Sweden by comparison, the Pizza menu from an ordinary pizza place:

I think we have safely established that Sweden may not be the place to go for Pizza.

    Don't blame me. I'm vegetarian.

    Interesting difference though.

Mike, at Brooklyn Square did you get the Pete's Special or Upside Down?

Thinking of going up this weekend.  My wife has a good friend who lives in Jackson.
