I eat salad with just about every meal, and eat it with pizza all the time, but on the side. This is something else.

Yeah. I’d definitely eat it. Looks delicious. I wouldn’t call it pizza, though.

Right now, I’m calling it the Spiritual Chaos.

We liked the way these turned out better than the Neapolitan ones. Could’ve thrown some more cheese on there though

looks amazing! what kind of oven is that?
It's an Ooni Koda 16. A couple other guys here have a different version. I cannot recommend it enough. It's a lot of fun
For the gas hookup, is it just a standard propane tank?  I'm finally going to take the plunge.  I was considering the multi fuel version for the option of using charcoal, but I'll probably stick with this one given the price difference and ease of use.

Yeah it's just standard propane tank. Couldn't be easier. Absolutely recommend getting one. It's a lot of fun.

However, I was a little disappointed with my xmas eve pizzas though. I decided to make them all earlier in the day since we had a bunch of other food too and it would've taken up way too much room to make them all with my whole family here. So by the time we started eating they basically were leftover pizzas.

Wanted to try the screen method but was afraid of screwing them up and didn't do a trial run prior to.

Very similar, but from what I’m told it’s actually more Detroit style.

I dig the pepperoncini.  What is the sauce though?  And a regular Coke with that healthy pizza?

    Love me some gold belly.
    It can be addictive.
Pequods was what I ordered, don't recall if that was through GB or direct,  but it was pretty great

Enjoy your (case of the ) Lou's!

Nice.  If those are all separate pies, the sausage is the winner for my personal taste.  So good.

Ahhh, my bad.  Didn't know you've had it.  Fair point.  I don't know how it is cooking it at home and I'm sure they charge an arm and a leg to ship.  For what it's worth, my in-laws get Lou's shipped regularly and my FIL says it is just as good as fresh out of the oven.  And he's one of the pickiest guys I know.
