  • It is good on pretty much anything.
Not saying pizza needs it, but it adds something.

For honey/heat addicts. I found a super unique hot pepper garlic honey I love. Just dip pretzels in it.

There was pizza joint out west that had honey on the table.  Thick soft crust.  I was told you put it on the crust. It is like dessert.
  • Will try it, thanks!

Pepperoni, red onion, bell peppers. It turned out as a thin, crispy crust. good cold, too.

@Spiritual_Chaos  just had one of these and it was really really good. Used a pizza stone and put it on the grill.  Not sure if you have lidl s in your neck of the woods.

Haven’t had a good pie in a while and this spot has some damn good thin crust.  Half giardiniera and half onion, mushroom, green pepper.

  • mcgruff10mcgruff10 Posts: 28,503
That looks good as hell minus the actual cutting of the pizza.

No tavern (square) cut for you?  It’ll change your life bro.
  • Looks like it is a good pie.  I find the cut odd, as well, but that doesn't change the taste.

It’s the standard cut out here. More common than slices.  I like it because you can grab a leftover piece for a snack if you’re not looking for a full meal.

Had these giant fucking pies at a birthday party tonight. The pizza wasn’t amazing but the size was…like 3 feet across!

    That's a big pie.

Trying NY style on the Koda 16 today. Been proving for last couple days. First non neapolitan pizzas I've made. Wanna venture into pan or bar style ones next...

We liked the way these turned out better than the Neapolitan ones. Could’ve thrown some more cheese on there though

  • Nice.
Where did you get the recipe for the crust?

    Did you go lower temp?

Those pizzas look pretty damn good. An Ooni has been on my wish list for a while. Need to execute and finally get one.

I just used Ooni’s Ny style recipe in their app. Yeah, about 700 degrees for three and a half minutes or so. Worked out well
