I’ve never been to Canada in my life so I can’t attest to this, but it sure did make me laugh!Wobbie said:

The US has some great food, no doubt about it. It also has great swaths of completely crap food.
Soda pop for breakfast? Nothing more needs to be said.my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf0

Huh? Like have a soda while eating breakfast or just soda for breakfast?oftenreading said:The US has some great food, no doubt about it. It also has great swaths of completely crap food.

I’ve seen people have soda at breakfast in the US many times, and no where else. Ugh
i would say Vancouver, hands down. I suppose some others might argue Montreal or Toronto.my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf0

Odd, everywhere I have visited including Canada I have seen people drinking soda with breakfast. I am a coffee and water/club soda breakfast guy but I don’t see anything wrong with a diet coke and cheese omelette for breakfast.oftenreading said:I’ve seen people have soda at breakfast in the US many times, and no where else. Based on where I have visited in Canada I would agree with you on Vancouver. Both times I visited Toronto I was not overly impressed with the food. Montreal was nothing to write home about (been there six or seven times).

So odd, went into the beer fridge and I am guessing my dad put this in there. Cheers to my Canadian friends!

Montreal has some good food but it’s high end. Vancouver has good food all along the spectrum.my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf0
