Remember that Trump's transcripts with the Australian Prime Minister and the Mexican President were listened to and leaked. Remeber that Flynn was surveilled. Trump is subtly reminding everybody of the previous surveillance and the possibility of continued surveillance. Don't be so sure that story is over and done with. While people are looking at the "tapes" tweet as a threat Comey might know full well what Trump means.0
