    What? I didn't say I don't believe her about the affair. On that I think she is credible. I just don't believe her (or anyone else, male or female) who knowingly has a relationship with a married individual and then tries to claim afterward they never meant to hurt the family.

    Well it certainly is possible that she's trying to inoculate herself from some level of criticism.  She did come off as sad.  I have no idea if she really feels that way or not.  It's possible she does. 

    On another note, she is gorgeous, especially for 47.

    I don't doubt they had an affair/relationship, I kept thinking there is more to this story.

    some people are attracted to personality. 
    some people are attracted to influence, celebrity, power, money, etc. 

    I've come to believe that none of these are inherently wrong. In nature, the most powerful of the herd gets to mate, often with several of the herd. that's just nature. just because a person is attracted to attributes other than personality and looks, I'm not sure she's to be judged for that any more than a guy who takes a beautiful woman home on a one-nighter for no other reason than her physical attributes.

    I honestly think there is a large portion of the 'deplorables' that think these affairs are cool. I'm not convinced his reputation has been damaged significantly at all in the eyes of his supporters.

    I disagree. There's a reason he's not tweeting about any of it. It's not so much about the affairs themselves or how it affects his marriage....it has to do with the NDA's, if those violated any campaign finance laws, and how it affects the hundreds of others who have similar NDA's. If Stormy can wiggle her way out of hers, shirley others will try the same.
