That's what happens when the actual loser turtles up during the election and stays out of the public because she thinks she has it in the bag.

Trump is the New England Patriots of politics.  Wins when everyone counted him out.  Makes sense because he is GREAT FRIENDS with Brady and Belichick.  Tremendous FRIENDS!

Crazy correlation that both the Pats and Trump have been accused of cheating to win

    Boston Strong Trump!

    SAD!
Leave Tom Brady out of this.

The SCOTUS thing as an accomplishment is another funny thing to me as well. Somebody died at the right time and R's control house and senate. That's it. What else was he gonna do? Not nominate someone? Haha
Somebody died WAY before the right time.  Barry should have just straight up appointed Garland at the first "ahem" by Mitch the snitch.

I'll keep my expectations tempered considering there's a lot of unknown rumors floating out there. A true bell weather would be Trump tweets. If he's nervous, the tweets will be flying.

Let's think about that for a minute, a Trump mental breakdown. To think, his current state of mind is borderline committable, so picture a breakdown. Scary.
I'm talking severe enough so that he is immediately removed from office, lol. I'm not wishing for him to have one and still hold office long enough to push the big red button before he leaves office. ;) As long as he's not in office, I don't care how bad or scary he is.

What Trump has always failed to understand is that not everyone is a lying sleazeball like him and that some people value their integrity and reputation.

So can we finally put this myth to bed that Trump is brilliant and playing some kind of 3D chess?

Even the dimmest of bulbs among us must have come to the realization that the man is an idiot.

His people must be pooping their pants after that train wreck of an interview.

Trump has only ever given train wreck interviews. You seem to be stuck on the idea that it matters. It has never mattered and it will likely continue to never matter. It is not 3D chess when you recognize the obvious.

It maybe doesn't matter to the 35% of tools that will support him no matter what. But with every new tweet and every time he does another interview he makes more enemies. That is going to come back to haunt him.

I am not sure how my tune has changed at all? His interviews are train wrecks by any conventional standards. I said the same thing about his debate performances. What I realized over time is that these performances are not for you. They are geared toward a target audience. They are geared towards a feeling. It is an obvious strategy that has been successful. The AMT's rage is not evidence that his strategy is wearing thin.

BS is right, he is not going to lose support from his base. but that's not who matters anymore. the election is over. his base is meaningless. they aren't the ones who investigate and possibly remove a president. it's the people in office that he's losing support from, people in his own party. that's who matter. that is who will bring him down.

See, here is where you...and Trump are looking at this the wrong way. He won the election. The election is over, it's time to govern. What he is doing is impeding, and in many cases stopping him from getting done what he wants done. Preaching to the choir over and over again will only fuck him. So that, in turn and among other things, makes him an idiot.

And you are dreaming if you think what he is doing will help him get elected in 4 years. He was running against Hillary last election, that won't happen again.

and I can't wrap my head around why some of you keep trying to prove BS wrong. he's not wrong. I haven't seen much, if anything, he has said that isn't true. he is stating nothing but facts, as far as I can tell. he's not a trump supporter, he's a supporter of what's actually happening, or how he perceives things to be happening, not of what he hopes to happen.

Absolutely. The moron actually keeps holding rallies for himself, lol. I am not sure what he thinks that will for him besides inflate his ego... I suppose he might think they will also help to retain his base, but honestly, I don't think the rallies make any difference one way or the other. Rally or not, his base is clearly completely closed off to looking at his actions rationally.
And yeah, you're right - the only ones who can actually stop him are other politicians. They are the ones who have to have the will and guts to pursue that.... Of course, the main thing that will encourage politicians to do that are American citizens and people from around the world. Anti-Trump protests everything really do serve a purpose. Politicians will often go with what's clearly most popular and with what won't destroy their own career... Unfortunately, the other thing they will go with is financial and professional kickbacks. I guess we'll find out which of those things end up deciding history. It doesn't help that Trump and friends have absolutely no problem when it comes to threatening or blackmailing people to try and keep themselves from harm. Trump LOVES to threaten to destroy careers in order to protect or benefit himself.
