I believe the governor can call up the national guard and trump can authorize military assets to be deployed, search and rescue, heavy lift copters, transport planes, ships as medical and shelter platforms. All coordinated with FEMA, DHS and other civilian departments. That Trump is sitting idly by and doesn't seem to know who to direct to do what is telling. PR is not the same as Texas and Florida but maybe because they seem to doing just fine on their own, Trump figured PR would be too. He doesn't get it.HughFreakingDillon said:
