All of the requirements are up to the local governing commission regarding the selection, approval and determination of fitness, along with having a CC permit and having gone through the training as defined by statute. See, now, Merle has a job. 89's not too old and what are the chances. He just needs to get out of the house and out of Martha's hair, you know."

Yeah, I don't see how this doesn't come back to Trump. I find it very hard to believe that he doesn't have dirt on him given his ties to all these shady figures. Mueller is coming down hard on Manafort, probably to flip him for bigger fish, because remember, the investigation isn't over.
